This is my personal opinion by far the best dentist office I've ever been to! From the ladies in the front office to the hygienist to Dr. Soliman, everyone is so friendly every time I go there and very helpful and informative. As long as I'm living in Jax this will be my dentist office!

Every bit of my experience so far has been amazing. The front office was friendly and helpful, as were the technicians. Dr.Soliman was very informative and friendly. Easily would recommend to friends and family. Signing up for an appointment was also a breeze!

If I had a good memory I could tell you exactly how many years I have been visiting Dr. Soliman. Since I dont I will say I have been going here for years! Dr. Soliman has always remembered my face and is always so professional. The dental hygienist is awesome and very thorough. Dr. Soliman does a great job examining my teeth and making sure my needs are met. I had to do a cavity filling last month and he did a fantastic job. I really do recommend the office to my family and friends. Thanks for doing a great job!

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Absolutely the worst dentist office I have ever dealt with. When I went in for an appointment they receptionist (who was fired shortly after) did not enter my information in correctly which lead to multiple phone calls MONTHS later saying that I owed $250 for a visit because of the incompetence of the staff. I told them that I have insurance which I gave at the time of my appointment but they kept saying that they were going to send my bill to collections unless I resolved it which isn't my responsibility at all. Then, after the whole insurance issue got resolved the doctor charged me for a 'palliative emergency appointment' in which all he did was take an x-ray of my tooth and make a referral to ANOTHER doctor. If this exam had been a regular exam my insurance would have covered 100% but instead I had to pay $50. I don't care about the money I'm just glad it's over with but I will guarantee that I will NEVER return to this office and fair warning to any new clients.

Need care, and professionalism across the board? - (I recommend this location) and I would name them, “Advanced Care - Dental Services,” wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Soliman - he’s like the 007, hush, hush secret dental agent everyone should know about. The staff!! Starting from the receptionist to the dental assistants - TRULY AMAZING!!! Never going anywhere else.

Dr. Soliman is the best !! Me and my entire family have been going to him for over 15 years!! There is not a more caring dentist out there. He remembers you by name and treats to like family .. I can say a single bad thing about him !! You will not be disappointed !!!!

Great place for dentures and or partials. Also just in general dentistry. Staff is very personable , friendly and show they care about the patient. KUDOS Advanced Dental Care on Southside E Blvd. in Jacksonville. I would definitely recommend this Dental office to others.
