Contacted my ins company to confirm Advanced Dental accepted my plan and I was told yes they were under contract. Called Advanced to schedule an appointment and again confirmed with receptionist that they accepted my ins, yes she said. After my appointment I checked out with no issue. 2 days later I called to ask about my next step and was told they didn't accept my insurance and everything would be out of pocket approx $5000, I am now receiving bill from them for the 1st appt. Office staff is unprofessional and uninformed. Would never go back!

If you are in need of any Dental care, come here. They explain your treatment plan and co pay very well. The Dr and staff will not rip you off by trying to upsell you. If he tells you, you need work done believe him. He’s very credible.
