Dr Mullens and the entire staff are awesome!! I have been a patient for 20+ years and the stellar service provided has never changed from the time you enter the door the front office staff greets you with a warm pleasant smile which sets the tone. Kay the dental hygienist is always kind and professional and Dr Mullens seals the deal with his exceptional bedside manners. He includes you in the treatment plan and gives you details on what to expect he genuinely cares about his patient's. The entire office works as a cohesive team and you feel that vibe on every visit. Keep up the great work Dr Mullens, Dr Nguyen and staff. This is THE BEST Dentist Office in Jacksonville!!!!!!!

Amazing office and staff!! My first visit today could not have been more pleasant! Dr Nguyen was so nice and friendly and performed a very thorough exam. The hygienist, Lisa, did a great job cleaning my teeth. I met Dr Mullens and other staff members who were equally friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. My previous dentist and hygienist of 30+ years retired so I needed a new dental home. This office exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend this top shelf office to others.

This was my initial visit to Distinctive Dentistry by Mullens and Nguyen. I had a heads up from my wife what to expect. I can’t say she was off. The support staff, hygienist, assistant and Dr. Mullens were friendly, professional, courteous and very competent. The atmosphere was relaxed, facility was spacious, clean and appears recently renovated. It’s a busy practice, but I felt I had the most thorough and complete initial work up of my life. The time spent was appreciated. There was plenty of time to discuss findings, ask questions, and interact with Dr. Mullens. The website helped me to see the vision of Dr. Mullens and the clinic. Everyone I met that day appeared genuinely authentic and happy. It’s just my initial impression, but I am very satisfied with the quality of dental care I received today. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
