I am new to Jacksonville and elected to go with Dr. Mullens over dentists a tad closer to where I live and am very happy that I did. Everyone in the office is friendly and the office has a "feels like home" environment which I loved. I also felt like a kid in the candy store watching TV on the ceiling while having my teeth cleaned. The whole experience made me wish I had had a dentist like Dr. Mullens before moving here. Glad I found them!

I think there's several responses when asked to do a review of a company. You either are ambivalent to doing it (and most likely won't), feel you need to in order to prevent people from ever having to suffer like you did, or will absolutely do it because of the wonderful service you received. In my case, I will kick, punch, and go on a rabid attack if prevented from saying amazing things about this dental practice. The office of Dr. Mullens is, by far, the best dental practice I've ever visited in my life. At no point in time am I ever made to feel unwelcome, rather, I'm always greeted with a smile, by name, and just made to feel like family. They're always concerned about my well-being and how I'm feeling through the treatment. If anyone EVER wants to know about my experiences with this dental practice then I have no problem with them contacting me, that's how happy I feel that they're the ones I go to to take care of my teeth.
