Distinctive Dentistry by Mullens & Nguyen

I have been coming to Dr. Mullins and Distinctive Dentistry for over 15 years now. They are so professional, but also friendly and caring. The office are is immaculate and comfortable. It is important to me to be able to have confidence and trust in my dentist and I definitely do with Dr. Mullins and his staff. I cannot say enough good things about this group!

As a new patient in the Jacksonville area, Distinctive Dentistry did just that. I have never felt so comfortable going to the dentist as I do when I go there.

They use state of the art equipment and take pride in making sure you are satisfied, and leave with a confident smile. They keep you informed and involve you in the treatment planning. For someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year, I was pleasantly surprised with the cost and feel confident I am receiving the best dental care for every dollar spent.

Could not be happier with the care I get from Dr. Mullens and his staff. The office is welcoming, organized, clean, and professional. When I have had an issue or emergency situation, the office has gotten me in ASAP. Very pleased with all my cleanings and dental work I have had done in the office. Would highly recommend them!!!

Finding a Dentist that you trust and makes you feel comfortable can be difficult. Over 20 years ago when my family moved here we were in need of a Dentist. My family decided to give Dr. Mullens and his team a try and I’m glad we did. Dr. Mullens and now also Dr. Nguyen are both great, knowledgeable, and personable. They both take the time to really get to know you so they can connect when you visit. The staff is great too as they are always very friendly and professional. Krystal has been my Hygienist for years now and always does an amazing job. I’ve also had the experience of working with Kay and Lisa, who are both great as well. I can’t recommend this office enough. I always tell my friends who are looking for a Dentist to give them a call. I’m honestly surprised it took me this long to write a review but they deserve all 5 stars.

I felt welcome in the office from the moment I walked in. Deidre greeted me when I came in to check in and was very friendly and cheerful. I did not have to wait long before I was called back for my implant consultation. Krystal the hygienist was pleasant and helpful in taking care of me. She helped me through the x-ray process and getting my impression molds for Dr Nguyen. Dr Nguyen was very welcoming and treated me like a family member in the attention that he took to talking to me about my potential options to restore my smile. Heather was also very helpful and pleasant as she worked with me and Dr Nguyen. Finally, Liz at check out put me at ease to set up my follow-up appointment with Dr Nguyen to discuss my treatment plan and finance options. I will definitely be returning to Distinctive Dentistry for all my future dental needs.

There is only one dentist that anyone needs and that is Dr Mullens. He is the most compassionate and caring person when you are in his chair. He has great concern for your feelings while he is working with you and is dedicated to providing you with the best dental care you can find. His staff is one of the most professional that I have ever encountered in a dental office.

We were patients of Dr. Mullens for nearly a dozen years. We moved away and recently returned. So glad to be back under their care. Dr. Mullens is the best dentist.

Went back today for some restorative work. I am thrilled with the result.

After a semi dental emergency over the weekend I was worked in the schedule Monday morning and the issue quickly resolved. Met 2 new (to me) Assistants CC & Maddy who were super sweet. Been a patient of Dr. Mullens almost 30 yrs.
