I found Dr. Mullens through a referral and I’m so glad I did! I have been to so many awful dentists in the past, and had a lot of recovery work to make up for it. Dr. Mullens took his time, never rushed any procedure, and always did minimal adjustments to try and repair the mess. He’s an artist! I have been with this practice for many years now and I would never go anywhere else. The facility is always immaculate. Beautiful private rooms with TVs, and top of the line modern equipment. I never have to wait, but if I do there’s an amazing massage chair at your disposal! Dr. Mullens, Dr Nguyen and their team always make me feel comfortable and welcome. It’s more like a family. And ask for Kaye for your cleanings! She’s the sweetest :)

As always I received exemplary care from Dr Ngyen and Dr Mullens and my new favorite hygienist Lisa! My teeth and gums have never been healthier. Distinctive Dentistry is a perfect name as I have never been to a more thorough and caring dental office! During Covid, Dr. Mullens called me personally to tell me that a COVID case had been reported the day after my appointment. I am very appreciative of the thoughtfulness these employees and dentists show towards their patients. This office is not even close to my home & is out of my insurance network, but this is the only dental practice I will use! Thank you Distinctive Dentistry!

Today I went in to Dr. Mullens office for a routine cleaning; Lisa is my hygienist. She is extremely professional, very careful and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Mullens and Dr. Nguyen run a professional, state of the art practice with the most caring and professional staff, from check in to discharge! The staff is very professional, James Nguyen is one of the most knowledgeable Dentist in Jacksonville he also does great work. Crystal does a very great job on cleaning side of things she is very gentle and before you know it you’re all done. And you can’t forget about Liz she is one of the most helpful lady I have ever met. she is a very special person. I had a procedure done on one of my teeth and James Nguyen and another very nice lady assisted him I didn’t get her name but she was also wonderful.
I really don’t know how they do it, but everyone is very nice and ez to work with.
