Been going here for years. Customer service/bedside manner has always been great. You can tell they are very close knit, everyone seems to enjoy working there and it shows through their interactions with each other and with clients. I moved and still commute to continue to go to them. They do have kids dental, but the appts are more scarce. That is the downfall.

We were New patients in January and had our appt for about 2 months. The morning of our appt the girl at the office was freaking out because I hadn't filled out new patient paper work that she just sent that morning. Which I dont know why they needed it because they didnt check my blood pressure that every other dentist always has. Didnt ask me if I took my premed because I have an artificial heart valve. Which luckily I had taken it. Didnt ask any questions about being deathly allergic to cain drugs. Which luckily I was only receiving a cleaning. Didnt ask me about the coumadin I was taking that will make my gums bleed. They do not get to know these important things. The lady that cleaned my teeth was sweet but literally gave me a bath. My daughter needed some fillings so we schedule the appt. She receives reminder texts day before and morning of. She arrives for her appt and they explain they cancelled her appt. Mind you we live 30 min away. Neither her nor I received a call. They reschedule the appt and they called her needed her to come later she couldn't commit to later so they moves the appt anyway. She missed her appt because her phone was messed up she couldn't answer to let them know she wouldn't make it. My daughter could hear them they couldn't hear her and the girl said.....they need to be stopped as if kids were playing around Never once did they called me. I called the office to let them know i needed my xrays transferred. I went in and signed the papers and explained our appts were the next day. She said she would send first thing in morning. Well I never received so my new dentist called and they said I never signed the papers. Which I did. So they finally emailed mine but not my daughters. So I had to pay for her X-rays AGAIN. 2 hrs later the girl calls from the office that she had me fill out wrong paper. Reallyy??? Thanks but no longer needed. I would not recommend this place keep looking around you will find better as I did and am super happy with the new one we are seeing.

I just love going to JR Dental. I usually take a pain reliever before going because in the past with other dental offices it had been horrible. I was running late and forgot. I had zero pain and my teeth feel so wonderful. Thank you JR Dental. I will post again in six months so I can give credit to my hygienist because she is great.
