Moved here less than a year ago and wanted to ensure my oral upkeep and I am glad I found this place. They are excellent here. From the time you walk in the door, you’re greeted and everyone is so pleasant. They take their time but they’re efficient. They explain everything and ask what you’d like to do. They’re upfront with costs, if any, and offer options if needed. Super consistent and flexible scheduling. They’re caring and it shows. I would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff. Dr Drew made sure that I was had enough Novocaine that all I felt was a pulling, no pain. He also built up the space where he pulled my tooth shop out was ready for a future implant. My friend, who was a dental hygienist, said that dentists don't always do that. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Dr Olson came recommended to me, and I was well pleased. Dr. Olson and his staff did a crown for me. They were courteous, efficient and patient. They took much more time to get good results, than any other dentist I have been to. I highly recommend him. JR Dentil is thoughtful when it comes to pricing. They offer discounts, and let you know upfront what to expect price wise. There was no confusion about that.

I have been a patient at JR Dental for approximately 3 1/2 years. I have been pleased, for the most part, with this practice until today, when I had a routine cleaning. The cleaning started with an assistant polishing my teeth. In 40 years of cleanings, polishing has been done after tarter removal, not the first step of a cleaning! Second, the dentist inspected my teeth in the quickest exam I’ve ever had. Finally, the hygienist cleaned my teeth, but neglected to floss them. It seemed like a sloppy cleaning and my mouth did not have that great clean feeling that usually makes me love going to the dentist! A major issue, for me, is the past 3 or 4 cleanings I saw a different dentist and hygienist every time I’m scheduled for a cleaning. I would like more continuity with my healthcare providers.

when in because was missing half a tooth. when called in for appointment told them had missing half a tooth. what happen was they fixed old cavity and claim they didnt know about missing half a tooth. was right beside the cavity. so I had to show them the missing half a tooth.

Dr Drew was amazing very insightful and very helpful now, I do have to wait for the amounts of treatment so Dr Drew can review for accuracy and adjustment very pleased with the 1st impression a whole lot better than NORMANDY DENISTRY. Better staff than very nice and helpful

The atmosphere is relaxing and the receptionist from the time I walked in was polite and caring. I have had a lot of dental issues and work done over the years, but this was the best procedure ever. I didn't have any pain or issues during or after the procedure.
