This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever encountered. The front office staff is amazing! The back office staff is second to none. The dentist are great & make you feel at ease and comfortable. My nerves are super on edge when it comes to all
things dental & this was my first dental experience where I had any sense of ease. It’s just an all
around awesome place! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat...you won’t be disappointed with the service nor the care!

I recently had an appointment at the mandarin location for a teeth cleaning. The receptionist was so sweet and my hygienist was wonderfully efficient and friendly. The doctor was as nice as any I’ve ever seen.
I was in and out and I have a follow up appointment for a filling repair and my next cleaning.
I left with a clear estimate and clean teeth.

I had a really bad toothache that came on really quick and they were able to see me the next day. The woman who took my call was really friendly and personable and when I got to the office everyone I encountered was friendly personable and professional (sorry I didn't get anyone's name but I was in pain so my focus was elsewhere ). Dr. Hanna saw me and she took the time explain to me what was going on, what I need to do ASAP, and what I should probably do very soon. I would definitely recommend JR Dental Care to anyone looking for a place to have their dental needs taken care of

I was concerned about returning to any dental office during this pandemic but I had no choose because needed treatment. The staff helped alleviate my concerns. The facility is always clean and the staff is so warm, patient, and professional. Even though I was there a little longer than I expected, I will attribute it to the extra efforts in keeping the patients and themselves safe.

I have been to many dentist in my life. JR Dental is the best dentist office I have been to. You are greeted with a smile. You are called back at your scheduled appointment time. No long waiting. The assistants and dentists are very professional. The dentist was so thorough and explained everything to me after xrays were taken. So happy about this facility.

Dr. Hanna is wonderful! She is so friendly and kind. She really has a calming personality for those that are afraid of the dentist. She does an awesome job. My daughters teeth look great now! She has gone above and beyond for us. Everybody at the office is so friendly and make you feel like family. I would definitely recommend this office to everybody!!

I hate going to the dentist but love JRDental. Everyone is friendly and professional. I am a wimp when it comes even to a cleaning so they put numbing gel on my teeth before they start. *****To Rose for doing my cleaning today. They take care of your teeth, do not do unnecessary work and do not overcharge.

Back today for my cleaning and I couldn't be happier with my dentist. My hygienist called herself Chicken Little because she is so short and made me laugh. She was humming Christmas carols so I was more relaxed than I usually am at the dentist.

The insurance billing is flawed! Instead of verifying with insurance what they will pay and what the patient will be charged they estimate payment and leave you stuck with a high bill. That process needs to be fixed. I will definitely find a better provider. Also, the cleanings were rushed and mediocre.

From the first phone call to today's first visit I am amazed. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is the best I have ever experienced. It has been awhile since me and my husband saw a dentist so of course we were nervous and apprehensive due to problems we have. They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The front desk and the technicians were simply the best ever. Dr. Gonzalez - there aren't words to express how wonderful she is. Even at check out Teresa explained everything. I never thought I'd look forward to my next dental appointment but I can't wait to see these people again. Go here! You won't regret it!
