Dr. Padron, during what was to be a session, started off RUDE. Dr. Padron after being scheduled for work on my son (7yrs of age), walk in the room look at my son then stated "I'm not doing this" after which my wife asked "why" he then stated " because I don't want to". The gave numerous other excuses, after all of the excuses Dr. Patron, then stated "I don't work on kids". The professionalism (lack there of) was below subpar. Work and school was missed only to be disrespected, because Dr. Patron just didn't want to do it. After which the receptionist did asked if we wanted to reschedule with another doctor, my wife stated "no" and withdrew any and all future appointments. The other doctors might possibly be amazing, however Dr. Patron was an ambassador of the company and that was not a good look. I do expect a formal apology for his actions on behalf of him and JR Dental Care. #news4jax

Even though my son has never missed an appointment they cancelled his wisdom teeth surgery the day of when we showed up. I called to confirm the day before with no answer and their voicemail full! Ridiculous! Not the surgeons fault so we will return next Friday.

Professional and very caring ! First visit for consultation I was impressed with staff and front desk. Scheduled an appointment quickly for next day to perform putting my crown on that had came off. Very clean and updated dental office !

I was astonished by how easy they made it for someone with as severe dental anxiety as i have. Everyone at both offices was incredible every step of the way from making appointments to handing issues with rx after surgery. They made it so easy and they genuinely care. I never felt judged or lectured and they didn't treat me lesser after years of dental neglect. Can't wait to move forward and get the rest of my work done over the next couple of years through them.

Jr dental was fast and easy. Mrs Teresa in billing was also amazing, she went over everything in my treatment plan and explained everything. No hidden costs. I will tell you, I HATE DENTISTS but this place is pretty great I just guess my hate of dentists is more personal lol.
