They will charge you for things that don't exist and I WILL be looking into it. They lied and said my kids needed fillings i just had a second opinion and was told that what they charged me fore doesn't exist. so yeah. Also, 8 people at 1 time for the same appointment. nice

Our last visit is when I found out that my son had 2 cavities & needed them filled immediately. They rescheduled his appt twice saying that the dentist wasn’t going to be in & pushed his appt back til June.im currently searching for another dental office because, the unprofessionalism is at a all time high

Unprofessional, bad behavior at the reception. Don't try to visit. If you visit but didn't accept extra money ( more than what your insurance cover) they refer you to the department of children and family as bad parents. As they did with me. It is my experience don't try to be foolish.

The doctor and the assistant were speaking so fast, almost so I don't need to understand what they are talking about. Nothing was clear.
I called my insurance before going and they told me I am covered, but nothing was honored I had to pay almost $800 out of pocket for cleaning. Extremely poor service.

Parents are always allowed back with their children. They explain everything and make sure you completly understand before any procedure is perforned. My son was very scared but they were able to ease his fears. I would highly recommend this dentist. Sometimes the waiting is long but it is worth it for the patient care you recieve.

Horrible customer service when you come in nobody is doing anything but sitting around! Took me to the back to get treated I’m assuming because I was black the lady did not want to work with me she said she was going to see if someone else can come I’m now waiting an hour 20 NOBODY HAS CAME. This is by far the worst dental facility in Jacksonville

They NEVER answer the phone. I've called multiple times on different days never during lunch hours and it just rings and if you let it ring so you can attempt to leave a voice mail they hang up on you.

Take heed to the comments I am a former employee. Dental assistant. Not to mention the only african American female there. The worst four months of my life. They lie to the patients about the fees,they call me racial names, fired me for no reason, BUT i was actually quitting before they really knew itand i was pushed and began to fight both mangers,but i was "charged" bc of my skin.i would try to educate patients and Maria would tell me to shut up and hurry up and get them out. Always rushed, horrible place THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!
