Horrible. Front desk staff are young people like 18 yrs old and dont know wth is going on. Pediatric dentist only comes once a month so they rush through. You will wait forever to be seen. These people are rude and they were very rough with my 4 year old. I wAs going to go to greenburg dental til i saw their bad reviews also. Now im wondering if i should just go to st augustine for his work. All these jax dentists suck for pediatrocs. Setzer and cochran is the absolute best service u will ever get . they dont take our insurance anymore though.

All they care is about money no customer service, humanity or values at all! They abuse of the patient expecting them to have an open atm for them...payment plans due exisit. Treating from children to olders awful, having their own children walking threw the office, making comments to each other in different language and just simply a ridiculous wait period, uncomfortable wait area...I just can not keep going tooo much

This place is horrible. The staff never return your phone calls, they keep you on hold forever, and are very rude. Simple insurance questions could not be answered and in my humble opinion there are too many dentist out there to have to deal with such a headache and unpleasant staff. I'll be going elsewhere and recommending others away.

This place is very unprofessional. The month of April I had 5 fillings done in multiple places top and bottom and COMPLETED in less than an hour. Since I left the office I have had sever pain and sensitivity that I DID NOT HAVE before I went to see her. Now I am restricted to soft foods at room temp basically. I can't eat anything hot or cold. No Refrigerated or raw veggies!nothing crunchy and ice beverages only with a straw. I am miserable. She redone one of the fillings but it hurts even more now! And she says the x rays look fine. You may need root canals. Ummm IN EVERY TOOTH SHE FILLED!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! Now I have to have all my teeth removed and be fit for dentures at 35 years old!!!!! I would not send my worst enemy to this place. Not to mention the male assistant that spoke very broken English was extremely rough. Split the corner of my lip twice the doctor as well does not take caution of instruments smashing my lips on my teeth. She did an extraction 3 wks after fillings and left shards of tooth in the gum, I got a dry socket and an infection I had to be treated for later.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have been on hold for 10 minutes soon as they answer they say please hold . Don’t even finish they words before putting you on hold . I call back on hold for another 10 minutes . For them to then hang up . I go to call back again and before I can say anything she answers in Spanish and says one minute in Spanish and hangs up before I can even say okay . Again on hold going on 10 minutes maybe I’ll just find somewhere else to schedule appointment

Worst experience ever. I had to sit on the floor with my son to wait. They didn't even take an X-ray of my son's problem area. The dentist was unprofessional and talked about my husband's exgirlfriends. He also called me "mamma" multiple times. I am not his mamma. Run

Dr was rude and was denied service because I refused to leave my 2 children in the waiting room.. im a fulltime single parent and have no alternative. Doesn't seem very organized either

Terrible experience....lied to by Crystal who answered the phone 3 different times that my paperwork was put in for approval until I called my insurer and they said no approval was ever sent or received. Now I am in desperate need of dental care and in extreme pain and it will have to come out of my pocket!! Oh yeah and try to get through on the phone is impossible...ZERO STARS!!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Please don’t waste your time or energy on this place. The staff are extremely rude and the facility isn’t clean. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to give this office a chance and they continue to fail. If you decide to go anyway, tread lightly because the service isn’t worth your money!!
