first time i went was i had a cleaning and they pulled out my cap that i had installed three mouths prior and after i told the man to stop cleaning my teeth he said it was cracked and if i wanted another i have to pay for the pain medication before i can get another very sadden by everything.

I only gave stars to comment but I really hope my kids experience is not bad on Monday because after reading these reviews I'm kinda iffy now but they really need to see a dentist. Man I wish I saw this before it was too late 😒

A bad joke, can't believe they haven't been shut down, receptionist was fine, then one dental assistant, African American young lady, was very nice the rest, should find another line of work, hopefully not in customer service.

They never answer the phone and when they do, they end up putting you on hold. It's been over a month and I still can't get someone to answer the phone just to set an appointment.

If I could rate this place a 0 i would they don't greet you when you walk in the front desk staff young and confused don't don't know how to do the paperwork right my appointment was at 1:30 I was seen at 3 I didn't leave until 4:30 everyone was very unprofessional...

Don't ignore the bad reviews. Just another crooked money-hungry dentist and orthodontist group that accepts Medicaid plan. Really sad that Florida Medicaid pays so poorly that only the crooked, unethical dentist and orthodontist will accept it.
