As a patient of this practice for more than 16 years, my family and I have been blessed to have had 3 excellent dentists care for our dental needs. The staff provide first class, skilled service with a smile. Dr. Altenbach is professional and takes the time to explain all procedures and make recommendations for dental treatment as needed. He gets to know you and treats you like family. We moved to Nassau County a little over 2 years ago and debated making the long drive to continue with the practice. Dr. Altenbach and his staff made the decision easy for us as we have always felt like we receive the best care for our family in a warm and caring environment. It is definitely worth the drive! I highly recommend Dr. A and his entire staff. I am really not a fan of any Dr. office or visits especially dentistry. When I had to get an extraction and a new tooth put in the Dr. was always patient and calm with me even when I was clearly frightened and being a little crazy. He always explained everything in detail and let me ask questions every step of the way. The entire staff has taken great care of me and is always professional and kind. I have referred my entire family to this great practice and will continue to refer anyone who is looking for a great place for their Dentist visits. Wonderful people and a wonderful place.

Dr Altenbach's office is a good place to visit for dental work. Complete staff is very friendly and helpful. They call you by your name, and care about their patients. I have been going there since Dr Altenbach started there, he is always kind and never rushes you, explains what he is going to do and checks on you as he is working. NO need to be scared of this dentist's office, I will continue visiting this dentist office and suggest you do too.

I REALLY like Dr. Altenbach! Even though he is completely professional, he is warm, caring and has a wonderful chair side manner! He's very knowledgeable but also very gentle. He explains any and all procedures thoroughly. He is genuinely concerned about the patient's comfort and well being. Plus, he's a really nice man!
