I unfortunately have been provided some very poor guidance by past dental professionals that has resulted in a poor bite, gum recession, and bone loss. I can honestly say that for the first time in a very long time I felt my concerns were heard and that Dr. West and her staff truly want to help me feel better and preserve my teeth for as long as possible. From scheduling the appointment to my first cleaning and follow-up procedure, the entire staff has been friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and comforting. The office even called a couple of days after the follow-up procedure to check on me! Believe me, this type of concern and oral health partnership is a rare gem. Thank you Dr. West and staff!

I picked West dentistry off the google search for Jacksonville dentists. I needed to have 4 porcelain veneers done. I went for initial consult and was very impressed with office, staff and Dr. West. Dr. West was very knowledgeable about the entire Veneer process she explained to me entire process and what I could expect start to finish. They did a Excellent job on my temporary crowns people could not even tell I had something done except whitening. Then when the permanent veneers came they were even better. Color, shape and look thumbs up!!!!!! Dr. West spent well over a hour making sure bite was perfect...….. I love my new teeth. Thank you to Violet, Lisa, and Dr West TOP NOTCH!!!

Can’t say enough positive things about Dr. West and her team. I recently had a challenging dental implant procedure and they dealt with me with a lot of patience and compassion, explaining every step necessary, and supporting me through the long waiting periods in between stages. Dr. West is a perfectionist and ensured the outcome was natural looking and highly functional. My smile is the nicest it’s been since my car accident as a teen, thanks to Dr. West.

Wow! The office is beautiful and the staff were kind and knowledgable. Dr. West herself is kind, funny, and expeditious. They also offer injectables like Botox and Juvederm. I felt well taken care of and wasn't shamed for tartar buildup. Great experience from beginning to end. Call the The Terminator because I'll be back!

Hello. I was recommended by a friend to reach out to this office because of the great work Ms. West does. Also, the great reviews. However, the young lady on the phone around 12:30 was rude. First, she was fast talking and didn't allow the questions to be asked before fast talking and interrupting This is a business and it start with whomever answering the phone to make it successful as well. Work on your customer service skills there is no need for a bad review because you are not willing to be kind to others. Very disappointed. The one star is for customer service behavior.

Dr. West and her office are the best in town. They are all very welcoming and kind. I always have an incredible experience when I see Dr. West or the hygienist. I am very grateful they that are the ones who take care of all my dental needs.

I have been a patient of Dr West's for several years. Recently, my dental insurance changed which led me to reluctantly seek another dentist within my network for my routine cleanings. Although I did not have a bad experience at the alternate dentist's office, after my very first visit I realized that I had made a terrible mistake!

Dr West and her staff are remarkable! To begin, the office is conveniently located in Riverside and is aesthetically appealing, which sets the tone for my appointments. In addition, her staff makes me feel like I am right at home; they seem like they have known me forever and are always so kind and helpful. The hygienists at her office are also pleasant, engaging, and so very careful while flossing my teeth (which is a HUGE bonus for me because I have had terrible experiences with that particular part of my cleaning prior to being a patient of Dr West’s). Dr West, herself, is personable and takes her time with my exam. I have never felt that she has rushed any of my exams. I appreciate her undivided attention and meticulous examinations and am confident in her assessment and recommendations that she provides for my dental health. Another (BIG) perk is that in the last 8+ years of being her patient, they consistently run on time. I am seen during my lunch hour and I have yet to be late getting back to work after an appointment at her office.

Due to my prior experiences with Dr West and her staff, I have decided that I am more than willing to pay the extra money (due to my dental insurance being out of network) to continue to be her patient. I can genuinely say that I love my dentist and I’m ashamed to have thought, even for one visit, that it would be acceptable for me to see someone else.

I had gone to a different dentist to have some work done and long story short, that dentist left me in a lot of pain and referred me to a endodonist for a root canal. Luckily I went to Dr. West for a second opinion and all I needed was an adjustment. She and her staff were so kind and gentle and understanding. I would highly recommend West dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist or help from a bad experience like mine. They are really a 100% class act.

When my long-time dentist retired and Dr West took over the practice I was a bit apprehensive. She is not in my insurance company's dental network (which is the only reason I did not give Five stars) and is now not close to my work BUT I have to tell you -The staff is amazing to work with, they have up-to-date technology, the office is beautiful and I don't feel like try to make me get any unnecessary dental work done to make a buck. I would definitely recommend Dr. West to anyone looking for a dentist.

Unlimited stars for Dr. West and her staff. This office is WONDERFUL: family- oriented, clean, and caring. My experience at Dr. West has always been positive on every visit. I am made to feel welcomed with genuine care by greetings by Dolly at the front when I walk in, to the personal interactions with Dr. West (pre and post procedures) and the dental assistants. Like many others with phobia to the dental office, this office definitely takes that all away. My new teeth are amazing, I am so grateful for Dr. West’s expertise in correcting my dental problem. After years of being insecure about my teeth, I can now smile with confidence!!!
