My experience at West Dentistry has been fantastic. The staff is warm and helpful. The office is comfortable and has all of the latest technology. Dr. West is incredibly knowledgable and keeps current on the latest innovations in cosmetic dentistry. She walked me through all of my options thoroughly and patiently. The entire experience was very impressive from beginning to end - Friendly receptionist willing to be flexible with appointments, lovely and comfortable waiting room & office, timely (no waiting is a big plus!), and thorough (painless) examination. The cherry on top was that each and every person I met from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. West herself was extremely kind and genuine in addition to being very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. West replaced my 6 front teeth with Veneers and an implant. I told her I was hesitant about the procedure because I HATE going to the dentist and I had heard that this kind of procedure was painful. She explained the whole process to me, step by step, in a way that I could understand and took away any fears I had had prior to speaking to her. The procedure was extensive and I had a tight timeline to work with due to my having to relocate for a new job but she fit me into her schedule whenever she could. She even saw me on a day when the office was closed so that I could have my perfect smile in time for my move. The whole process went smoothly and painless. My new teeth look amazing and 100% natural. I CANNOT stop smiling. Her staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Everyone at West Dentistry is extremely friendly, helpful and down to earth. It is by far, the best dental practice I've been a patient of and I'm truly sad to be leaving them.

Dr. West is the only dentist I trust with my mouth! I honestly drive all the way from St Augustine just to go to her. She is the most thorough, thoughtful, kind, gentle, and giving dentist I have ever met. I can say the same for everyone on her staff. They always make me feel comfortable! I’ve always been self conscious of my smile and they are working so hard to get it just right! I get crowns on in 2 weeks, but my teeth look 100 percent better just from the work they’ve done in preparation. They always made sure I knew what was going on and that I was always in comfort. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand. They have become like family to me now! I’m always so excited to go see them and I have ALWAYS hate dentists! Highly recommended!! You will not be disappointed! Not to mention their office is beautiful! Free drinks and coffee and chap sticks! Can’t beat that! ☺️
