Was a new patient here today and was very pleased with how everything went from the front desk all the way to talking to dr acosta about what i needed. Also had a cleaning done today and was very pleased with that. Samantha did a very good job and it was quick and painless. Overall I am very pleased that i chose to come to this office and will be continuing to come back.

Dr. Acosta and his entire staff are AMAZING! This is literally the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Acosta and his staff were professional, fun and enjoyable to be around. My entire family is switching dentists to their office here in Lake City Fl. I had 3 cracked fillings replaced in about 1 hour, I never felt any pain or discomfort and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. BEST DENTIST AND STAFF IN LAKE CITY FL PERIOD!!!

I really enjoyed my visit to Aspen Dental. The people at the front desk were nice and welcoming. And the dentist was amazing. Dr. Acosta was gentle and informative, describing every step of the procedure. I felt comfortable and am excited to have a dental office I trust.

The scheduler was impatient with me and my requests. She told me that I needed to have deep cleaning and when she told me that my insurance doesn't cover it I asked to have general cleaning done and was told that it was unethical and they would not do it. Also they said I needed a crown on a molar but refused to fill it. When I lost my patience with her she got very nasty to me and told me that I wouldn't be seen. However the dentist was very professional and kind. I will never go there again thanks to the scheduler/ office manager.
