Mary Lou cleaned my teeth and did a fine job and I really like her manner. I asked to speak to the Doctor as I had a question regarding the drug Prolia for osteoporosis. Mary Lou told me the Doctor was unavailable, however she would ask my question and return a call to me. That was yesterday, so far I have not heard back from Mary Lou. Also, I found the 3-D scanning of my teeth to be uncomfortable.

Lake Wales dentistry is one of the facility’s that will try to charge you for all unnecessary charges.. My husband was there working made him an appt. for routine cleaning, he was there 2 hours never cleaned his teeth. Took a lot of unnecessary xrays that Insurance would not pay for and told him he needed deep cleaning once a month for 3 months !! He gets his teeth cleaned every 6 months.. he finally got up and walked out ! He came home went to our regular dentist and of course his teeth were in perfect condition, imagine that !! Then today got a bill in mail for $94.20. WOW worst dentist experience ever 🤬 my suggestion is to find another Dentist !!!
