Lake Wales Dentistry

DO NOT GO THERE. They gave me the contract for $1000 saying they checked with my insurance. Which they did not. It ended up costing me over $5000. But thats not all. They charged me for 3 crowns when I only received two. I tried for a year to get them to speak to me to no avail. Even sent a certified letter which they ignored. They owe me $461 for my overpayment. They will not refund my money. Nor speak with me. That is theft. Now I have to waste my time and money to take her to court to get my money back. Don't do business with people who lie and steal.

Sophia was excellent. She always let me know what was next. Very personable. All staff made you feel like family. Dr. Fellner understanding and professional. I would not have a problem refer.

My last dentist left me traumatized/TERRIFIEDso I’ve been avoiding going anywhere and finally decided to come to Lake Wales Dentistry and it was the best decision Ive made. All the staff is so nice and friendly and have a lot of knowledge of what they do. Dr Fellner is AMAZINGG at what he does PERIODD he knows what he is doing and does what you need and what you need only and if you need more done he makes sure that you’re okay with it and know what’s going on! He isn’t out here just doing big ole procedures just to take your money or look good he takes is time and makes sure to walk you through what he’s performing on you and makes you feel comfortable and safe at all times. The dental hygienist (Marilu) that also helped me on my visit was GREAT she showed me proper technique to brush and floss to prevent any buildup and answered all my questions. The dental assistant (Crystal) that helped on my next visit was GREAT also we talked about what types of drink aren’t so good for your teeth and she helped me find a better solution for me to sip on throughout the day and explained to me what were going to be performed on my next visit. I am very pleased and fortunate to have found the best Dentist office/staff for me.

Total experience was great from the moment I walked into the office until
I shut the door behind me to leave. I was impressed by the cheeriness and friendliness of the outer office staff. My hygienist was personable and an expert in her field of work. The dentist took time to discuss my dental health and care.

Sophie is 100% the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had working on my mouth. I literally put a note in my calendar for my next appointment that says, “if Sophie isn’t there, CANCEL!” She is very thorough, but even more delicate. I used to leave the dentist with clean teeth, now I leave with clean teeth AND I don’t feel like my poor gums will take a month to heal!

I had a very positive experience with my first appointment. Everyone was very friendly and appeared to really enjoy working there. The Doctor was very pleasant and explained everything and didn't seem to be all business. He made me feel at ease. Thanks to everyone there😉.

Excellent service, excellent customer service, very friendly. The Doctor does a great job, cheap. I just love this dentist, I don't change it.

This was my first visit to this office. They had appointments available at 7 am. This worked great for me. They were a little slow getting me back. However, once I was back in the chair, everything went very smoothly. The visit was a pleasant experience for me. I will go back.

I am editing my previous review because many of my fillings have fallen out and after a thorough exam at another dentist office, they all need to be replaced. The fillings were not put in properly and therefore were not sealed and left an opening between my tooth and the filling with is costing me over $2K to fix. Horrible work and on top of that Dr. Felner is RUDE!! It’s truly a shame because his staff is amazing and work very effectively. Save your money and get things done right the first time.
