First time being here, I was welcomed by a great staff. Entering the office with fear and pain on my right side of my mouth the doctor (Hansel Navarrete) whom was assisting me on making me feel calm and made sure that I feeling better and relax. It showed how much he cared about me and others he has helped. This seems all staff are the same. I have thanked him for caring so much for me. I look to return back soon for regular check up.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Navarrete!. He's been a Saint with me cause I'm always fearful and extremely anxious about going to the dentist. Each time that I've been at his office for any type of treatment, Dr. Navarrete is calm and very patient with me. He's gentle, caring, and makes me feel at ease. I love the staff as well cause I'm sure that I drive them crazy with my nervous and emotional wreck yet they treat me like a friend and always have a wonderful smile. I would highly recommend to everyone to go to Springs Dental. They are very professional and treat you like a family member ❤️

Went in for a clean up, first the customer service and the friendly atmosphere was amazing. Dr. Navarrete and his staff were very attentive and gave me great advise on good dental care. I am writing this review not on my primary account as I don't feel comfortable having my name associated with this review and feel more comfortable with an anonymous review.
This was the worst dentist I have been to in my entire life. I was not numb at all. The subsequent two dentist I've been to both explained to me he was using an incorrect numbing technique for the tooth that was being worked on.
This was a simple filling and was the most pain I have ever experienced in a dentist office. I have had multiple crowns and multiple root canals and this simple filling way more painful.
I told the dentist many times I was feeling a lot of sensitivity. On multiple occasions I had to stop him because the pain was so high. Even when I would make sounds or start raising my hand to indicate pain he would resist stopping and his resistance to stopping got progressively worse.
There was a point where I literally had my entire hand gripped around his wrist (the wrist which was holding the drill) and he still didn't stop and I had to push his hand away slowly. I was being very careful and slow as obviously if I abruptly hit his hand while he's drilling in my mouth that can wreck havoc, but this just amazes me. I've never had to physically touch a dentist in my entire life, let alone completely grip his wrist as he's drilling in my mouth.

I have been going to the same dentist for a 20-years. Last week, he was out of town, and my tooth cracked. I needed to find someone quickly. One of my coworkers told me about Springs Dental. The front desk staff consisting of Danais and Kenya were incredible. So kind and understanding. The same awesome service continued with Rudy, the dental assistant, and Doctor Legon where the ipedemy of professionalism. Needless to say, I have a new dental group.
