He took care of my husbands extraction so professionally but also humanely . I had to call him a few times because of my husbands pain and he was always so nice and helpful. But it was when he called at 9 pm just to check up on my husband that I knew this was a one of a kind dentist! He is our go to dentist and I will definitely be telling friends and family about him.

Last weekend, Labor day weekend, I bit on an almond and broke a huge portion of my back molar. I was very scared because I thought I would have to be with a broken tooth until Tuesday being that it was a long weekend and my dentist was not working. Aside from that I would have to take time of work to go check it out. I found Dr. Ricardo Castaneda online and gave him a call. Within one hour he called me back, he had just left the movie theater and was going to have dinner with his family. Instead, he opened the office to solve my problem. Thankfully, the tooth was not as bad as I thought and he fixed it with a filling. He fixed my tooth and I was able to enjoy my labor day weekend without any issues. I had no pain and my tooth feels as it did before. I highly recommend this dental office.

I hate to give reviews but I feel this to be necessary. I went to a family dentist and they told me I had two cavities (18 & 14) which shocked me so I went to Dr. Castaneda for a second opinion. I saw the raving reviews so I said why not. He tells me I have 11 cavities-even more shocking. I have Invisalign so I couldn't just go ahead and get them filled. He said they were small. A year later I go again for my regular check up/wanted to see how my "cavities" were doing and he tells me that I now have 17 cavities (My hygiene is impeccable by the way)(He sold me $20 mouth wash) I thought there was NO WAY i could have 17 cavities. Naturally I go ahead and get ANOTHER opinion(third)- turns out I have 2 cavities(18 & 14). My family dentist was right from the start. Granted all dentists view things differently, but from 2 cavities to 17; I call that a scam. Dr. Castaneda was charging me $1,000+ out of pocket and that's after my insurance pays their portion.

I find that Dr. Castaneda takes the time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. His staff is also extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Dr. Castaneda has a great rapport with his assistance and they work very well together.

Let me start of my saying teeth are the first thing I look at when meeting people, so they are very important. I recently relocated back to the South Florida area, and was in need of a dentist in my area. I was referred to Dr. Castañeda's office, and was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, even as a new patient coming in for my regular checkup. Dr. Castañeda and his staff are quick, polite, attentive and very thorough. Initially I had mixed emotions about my first visit, as it was good and bad (eye opening for me)...let me explain. The first visit was so thorough that Dr. Castaneda did a total analyzation of my teeth (common practice for his office). I was happy that he was so thorough, but I felt almost as if my previous dentists have bam-boozalled me all these years. Instead of dwelling on my past experiences with my previous dentists, I elected to focus on the bright side, and excited to know that my teeth were in great hands now. Do yourself a favor and make your appointment now! Overall great dentist, great staff, great service, clean office, and reasonable priced. Your teeth will thank you later :)

Dr. Castaneda was able to see me on extremely short notice to do a root canal. He did the whole procedure in a little over 2 hours, pain free! I would recommend this Dentist to EVERYONE in need of ANY dental work.

I only have wonderful things to say about Castaneda Family Dentistry. I used to postpone all of my yearly cleanings...going to the dentist was not something I enjoyed doing. I can honestly say that both Dr. Castaneda and the entire staff are extremely welcoming and treat me as if they knew me for years!
