I was in Miami at the Sheraton Airport June 8, 2013 preparing to depart for a Carnival Cruise. During breakfast at about 10:00 am, I broke a wisdom tooth. My wife searched the Internet for an emergency dentist who could take me on a Saturday. She found Dr. Castaneda. She called and explained that I had broken a tooth and needed to be on the cruise ship by 3:00 pm. Dr. Castaneda's office stated I could be seen and to come on. When I arrived, I was seen immediately and Dr. Castaneda determined the tooth had to come out. I was immediately prepared for the extraction and the tooth was extracted. Knowing the limited time I had to board the ship, Dr. Castaneda and his entire staff expedited the process. Before the procedure was complete, they arranged for the cab driver to be waiting for me when I was released. The staff contacted the pharmacy and had the pharmacy prepared to have my prescriptions ready as soon as I walked in the pharmacy. Due to all the efforts of Dr. Castaneda and his staff, I was able to make it on the cruise ship by 2:30 pm, well in time for the deadline of 3:00 pm. Dr. Castaneda and staff saved my cruise for which my wife and I are very grateful. They were extremely professional and courteous. They made my problem their problem and took care of me in an amazing way.
Thank you Dr. Castaneda and staff for giving me the opportunity to take my vacation cruise. Also, thanks to all the regularly scheduled customers who waited for Dr. Castaneda to take care of me.

What can I say? Like most people, I always feared the dentist. It took alot of commitment to come in and get checked out. Funny after the first couple of visits that fear slowely transition into confidence knowing I was in good hands that can guide me through the process. Now after 14 fillings and 2 wisdom teeth removed, I can’t wait to get my last one out. Dr.Castaneda and his staff made the experience rewarding and pleasant. :)

A couple years ago I had a dental emergency that needed immediate attention and there was no other dentist in Miami that could take the time for me on a Saturday. And then by the grace of god I found Dr. Casteneda. Long story short ... He tended to my emergency and I have been with him ever since.

Over the last two years, since I moved from California to Miami, Dr: Castaneda has been my dentist, I'm very please with the service and personal attention from the entire office staff. On one occasion that my wife had an emergency, she was treated within a couple of hours. You can't ask for better service than that...
