Dr Suarez was amazing during our procedure. Much better than any other cleaning I’ve done in the past. The clinic is gorgeous and everyone was very nice. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Tatiana is a very decided and talent professional. I only trust my family dental needs under her care. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. Also has a free valet which is a huge plus in this area.

Dr. Suárez is the best dentist in Miami. She is caring and truly makes you feel at ease during any procedure.

I was about to booked an appointment and decided to do some research. I decided to look at Dr. Suarez’s reviews on yelp and google. Her response to her clients’ concerns are very disappointing and very unprofessional. How do you still have clients??? You claimed that you have been practicing for 18 years, yet you still have not established good customer service or good relationship with your clients. I also noticed from one of the complaints, you said another uninformed patient... Does that mean you get complaints all the time??? If people are seeking your service, apparently they are concern of their oral health! Because individuals are seeking services from you, that does not mean that they neglected their oral health. Like I said, your responses are inappropriate. Instead of learning from the construction criticism, you attack those that are not pleased with your services. If you keep belittling your clients, they will report your license to the Florida board so they can provide you some customer service courses
since you are lacking some insights.

Dr. Suarez was the best dentist I have had the pleasure of having to go to. I was vacationing in Miami and managed to chip the front of my front tooth quite badly. It was very close to the nerve and I was worried that I might have to get a root canal. Dr. Suarez managed to spare me the pain and cost of a root canal and successfully repaired my tooth (cosmetically). So far it has held up. Highly recommend this dentist.

I purchased a groupon for my first visit, and now I understand why they need to offer a half price deal. The doctor was incredibly rude while I tried to ask questions. She screamed at me, I got up and left. Her receptionist followed me out and apologized. Saying the doctor was having a bad morning. This isn't the first time a client has left.
Her assistant was asking me questions and I don't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English. The office was empty and cold. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect from a doctor. I work in sales and have built my career on relationships. I doubt they will be in business long. No understanding of customer service.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

Rip off. Unethical. She tries to charge everyone for "deep cleanings." While I was sitting and waiting chair I heard her tell 3 different people (out of 3) that she wouldn't do any regular cleanings. Even if you get one, that if you don't come back every 3 months she will refuse to do a regular cleaning... Then she charges almost $300 for an x-ray, and tries to charge $1,600 for a wisdom tooth removal that only cost ~$400 a few blocks away at a good and reputable dentist's office. Don't let any fake reviews here or on other websites fool you.

Edit: forgot to mention that the receptionist is extremely rude and acts like you're lucky to be in her presence.

Save yourself the time and energy before visiting this office, read all the reviews (wish I had done this beforehand).

Dr. Suarez does not offer a basic teeth cleaning that comes for free if you have insurance. As mentioned in the other reviews, Dr. Suarez came over, hardly introduced herself, and asked me to open my mouth, looked inside with a mirror for LESS THAN 30 SECONDS and then proceeded to say someone else will be right with you. The receptionist came in and said that I needed a DEEP CLEANING; that she found a lot of build up and bacteria. Told them I was there for a basic cleaning and they told me that proceedure is for children.

Went for a second opinion, to Dr. Cogan inside the double tree hotel literally around the corner from Dr. Suarez. They said Dr. Suarez didn't even take proper X-RAYS to determine if there was build up below the gum line (usually why a Dentist would recommend a deep cleaning.)

Horrible experience! My wife went for just a quick examination and simple cleaning that was covered by our insurance and she ended up in tears, without the cleaning that she asked for and with a proposed treatment of over one thousand dollars that she never asked for. I went to try to understand what happened and they treated me like if I was stupid telling me that "it was very difficult to talk to someone who has no medical knowledge..." This is not a dentist, they just wanna make money from their customers instead of providing a good medical service. Stay away from them!

I was in the office today, and had a great experience. The office is modern, and clean, and she had me in and out right away. Excellent service.
