Went to get simple teeth cleaning which is included in my dental insurance , the person that helped me gave me outlandish sum for dr's suggested care plan. dosnt even tell me my insurance didnt cover the prescribed care plan. called back to ask for a simple cleaning a d that's when they said they can't do it and my insurance wouldn't cover it a d ny only option was to go somewhere else. Dont waste your time , this place is sketchy and possibly a scam. I asked to talk to the office manager and the person said oh shell call you., and wouldnt give the managers name when I asked for it and then hung up . Really terrible customer service. I plan on going to other websites to give more reviews...update: Wow! called back to talk to manager and she mistakenly insisted I was somebody who was removed from office by security , upon my insisting it was not me she finally did her research and discovered I have similar name to that person. She tried to help me out with an appointment but it was 3 months in advance so I give up, I will go elsewhere after all. Bad experience

Total SCAM! Want to add services just to charge. Im still waiting for the office to send my xrays, will call the insurance to file a formal complain and be able to receive my xrays.

Although I was satisfied with the care I received at this office, I am appalled by their shady and unethical billing practices. I would advise those looking for a basic dental checkup and cleaning to avoid this practice.
Details:
I went in for a prophylactic cleaning which is normally 100% covered by my dental insurance (an HMO plan -- this office is in-network). I have been getting my teeth cleaned for years at other dental practices under the same insurance, never having to pay extra out-of-pocket. So I was surprised when I was presented with an invoice for $100+ for my regular prophylactic cleaning. I investigated further to figure out what exactly was going on here. What I found was that this dental practice uses shady billing tricks to overcharge customers: I was charged for billing code 'D9630' which is for 'Drugs or medicaments dispensed in the office for home use'. This charge is not covered by insurance companies and is a completely unnecessary charge for a regular, prophylactic dental checkup and cleaning visit. Essentially, this practice is billing the insurance company for the normal cleaning charges and then charging extra to unwitting customers. This office also offers unrelated, cosmetic procedures like Botox, collagen injections, etc. This should have been a red-flag to me that the office has money-grubbing tendencies.
If you look through other low-star reviews, you will find several complaints from other patients about unethical billing practices. Buyer beware!

Been a cliente for over 4 years but now distance has me changing dentist along with differences of opinion on service. Called 5 times to retrieve dental records with no call back or response. Will continue to attempt communication but be weary of your records if you decide to visit.

She have no experience unprofessional doctor and bipolar big big big time , she doesn’t clean tools
