As the former managing partner of a 10 member neurology group with 50 employees, I understand the importance of providing the best possible service in a positive caring environment. When seeking a dentist, there was almost unanimous consensus that Dr. Ozzie was the best. From the high-tech operating microscope and video capabilities to the feel good warmth of a practice that emulates its leader and uniquely cares about its patients; my high expectations have been met and surpassed. I recommend this practice without reservation for the best dental care possible.

If I could put 5000 stars I would! Dr. Ozzie Mayoral is an incredible dentist who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He is kind and attentive, he answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my treatment. He is very professional and his team is a dream! I have always been terribly afraid of the dentist, after many years of braces (on 3 separate times), Invisalign, retainers and countless bad experiences I was so scared to see yet again another dentist to help me with teeth movement. I am at the end of my treatment and I am so happy with my healthy smile thanks to Dr. Mayoral and his team, I think I will miss going to the office for check ups! My aunt recommended this doctor and I highly recommend Dr. Mayoral and his team to my friends and family and everyone looking for a great doctor!

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Pinecrest Dental for the first time, and had an amazing first visit! From the moment we arrived in the office we were greeted by the very friendly staff, felt very comfortable and at home. The office is very well decorated,welcoming, clean, and technologically advanced. Doctor Mayoral took his time to sit with both of us and was very thorough with his examination, you could tell that he really cares and is passionate about what he does. Clara is awesome as well, very professional, pleasant to speak with and be around as well, she made a cleaning fun and was very concerned about our comfort.

I’ve never met a dentist more dedicated to his work than Dr. Mayoral. He places patients over over profits, takes his time, and has that perfect artistic touch one should look for when searching for a great cosmetic dentist.

The office is state-of-the-art, impeccably clean and his staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I never wait more than five minutes to be seen. Shoutout to Maria, Sabrina and Sandra who are all a joy to see each time I visit.

Several years ago, I was referred to Dr. Mayoral and the treatment I have received is exceptional. The office is immaculate and the equipment is state of the art. His dental assistants are knowledgable and proficient; the staff is professional, warm, and always welcoming. Dr. Mayoral will listen, evaluate and come up with a thoughtful treatment plan. He is a perfectionist, always responsive, and the aesthetics of your smile is as important to him as the underlying health of your teeth. I recommend him with complete confidence.

I have been a patient of dr Scott Kenward and previously his father, dr Franklin Kenward for 62 years!!! My children and I have received nothing but the most professional service combined with incredible caring and attention. Through these years We have had several “emergencies” all of which were handled to perfection and in a most timely way!! Very recently due to a fall I broke my front tooth and was in serious distress and upset. I called Dr Scott first thing in the morning after the fall......he saw me immediately and repaired my damaged tooth the same day. It is a beautiful job.... and looks exactly like my own tooth and exactly like the one next to it!!! I cannot say enough about Pinecest Dental. My recommendation is 100%!!

There is a reason I drive 1.5 hour each way to visit Dr. Mayoral and his team. My father built and operated his own Ortho practice for 40+ years in the Mid-West, I know what a First Class Facility looks & feels like and lets me tell you - Pinecrest Dental Center and Dr. Mayoral operate a First Class Facility. The entire team made me feel comfortable from the time you walked in the door till you went home. Looking for a new dentist? I couldn't recommend Dr Mayoral and his staff more highly. I was lucky enough to find Dr Mayoral when I moved to Miami 8 years ago. In that time, I had some issues with my teeth that had been ignored for several years. The needs were prioritized and we set about getting things done. It hasn't taken 8 years, but the first 1 1/2 years took care of most of my issues. You know you have found a good dentist and practice when you look forward to going to the dentist because you miss seeing him and his staff. What I truly appreciate is Dr Mayoral's approach to find the most effective way to treat your mouth to maintain your teeth and health. I am always the one asking does it really need to be done? Do I have to do it now? I trust his answers, and if there is a way for him to work on the tooth to fix it rather than resort to a crown, which most dentists prefer, he puts in the effort and hard work to fix it first. And by the way, my husband and daughter are also very pleased with Pinecrest Dental. When I rated this service as a 5 star review, Google indicated I "loved it"...not something I would normally say about a dentist, but it is true.

Dr Mayoral and his team at Pinecrest Dental are absolutely incredible. He takes excellent care of his patients and his dental work is second to none. Dr. Mayoral is truly a perfectionist and it can be seen in so many ways. His office is extremely comfortable starting from the receptionists welcoming smile, all the way to complimentary coffee and flat screen TV's at each chair. As a patient of Dr. Mayoral's, you can rest assured that you are in the best hands. He always spends time with his patients explaining the procedures and has such a nice bed side manner. Additionally, if you ever need to get in touch with him, he gives all of his patients his direct contact information and goes out of his way to make sure all of his patients are happy with their dental care. Dr. Ozzie Mayoral is a terrific dentist that I highly recommend to anyone. He artfully uses the best equipment including a microscope and Waterlase dental laser in skillfully caring for your teeth. He and everyone at Pinecrest Dental Center are caring and friendly. When we needed a dentist a few years ago for a dental issue, someone in the field recommended him as the best dentist in Miami, and my family agrees.
