First and last time, 4 hours for a cleaning and ceramic onlay with cement issues, the lady who was cleaning my teeth kept letting me choke on water until I addressed it.The staff is friendly but it doesn't make up for the work. The only one who made this slightly better was the women doing the x-rays. I have never been so uncomfortable a dentist office until I came here. I would rather have my wisdom teeth pulled out all over again than sit in an office with my mouth consistently open for three hours and have to ask for Vaseline because it felt like the corners of my mouth were going to tear . Before all this happened I had already agreed to ther financing option with smile generation to also get invsalign... by the end of my apt I changed my mind and had spoken to Hash their finance coordinator who heard me out and failed to notify me when the finance adjustment would be taken care of. I waited a week and realized I was getting no where with the office. At this point I would have preferred she were straightforward in telling me to directly call smile generation than wait on someone who seemed on having no intention of reaching back out to me like they said they would.

Such a great experience. After a childhood and so many adulthood years of being traumatized from going to the dentist, this was my first time having a no-pain appointment and the service was great. Dr. Omar Vasquez explains everything and handles it all with care. My family just found a new life-long dentist.
