Best Smile Cosmetic Dentistry

I had an amazing experience here. They helped me after my last dentist office failed. I was very anxious but Dr. Alfonso, Maria, and Adonis made sure I got a detailed cleaning, X-rays, and an excellent care plan that I get to start next week. As someone with significant mental health issues that make dental hygiene difficult I was met with patience and understanding. I am very grateful to have found this office.

I continually have excellent service at Best Smile. Dr Gonzalez gave me a full mouth of porcelain crowns and her endodontist is a gentle knowledgeable woman. It is a joy to go to their offices in Pembroke Pines & Miramar. The staff are wonderful!!!!! I highly recommend Best Smile; & a shout out for Ivan who researched ways for me to afford my procedure of new crowns, implants & restorative surgery. Thankyou Best Smile!!

Best smile cosmetic dentistry is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and professional. The office is very clean and well kept too. Also the staff is very good with time management you don’t have to wait to be seen, if your appointment time is at 10 o’clock you will be seen at 10 o’clock or no later than 10:05. This is my first time I experienced such a horrible experience at this dental office. Time management is awful. More talk and laughter than what they work. Staff is very incompetent and unprofessional. My appointment was at 11am. I was called in for x-rays. Waiting for dentist to see me at 12:20 rushed to say all I needed was a cleaning at 2:00pm. I waited other patients were seen. By 2:15pm I asked the front desk what was taking so long and not one person had the courtesy to apologize. She just stated, "You want to reschedule for another day, what is a good day and time". This is when I blew up. I left that office upset and disappointed. I visited this dentist office today and had the most professional cleaning of my life! For some this might seem inconsequential, but I hate going to the dentist office. They work on your mouth like they are still in dental school and there aren’t nerves in my mouth, while talking down to you. NOT HERE! It started from the minute I sat in the chair and the dental hygienist asked if it would be ok to put Vaseline on my lips to make sure they don’t crack. What? No one ever offered that before and needless to say no cracked lips. She constantly checked with me and must have said “please” & “thank you” at least 20 times. No preaching and her customer service were beyond reproach!

So if you in the Miramar, FL area DON’T sleep on this company; 20 out of 10 score!

Every employee was pleasant and professional.
The dentist was attentive, addressed my concerns and provided detailed answers to my questions.
She was patient, understanding and informative.

The facility is very orderly, and very clean.

I went for a consultation. I am a bit concerned as to why I need to consult with a “ business manager “ as to costs; but I will see how it goes. One has to always be ready for Florida businesses and their price gouging.

I have been quoted prices by other practices( emphasis on “ other practices “ not this practice) that lead me to say “ I was born at night, but not last night”. Some prices I have been quoted have been bizarre. I can fly to Europe and pay much much less than many of these Florida hucksters have quoted- and spend a month in Europe and spend less than 50% than prices I have been quoted.

Approximately 300 US citizens a month go to Poland for first class dental work and pay about 25% of prices quoted domestically. ( And get to enjoy some time in Europe all while saving significant sums of money).

I will update this after my consult with a “ business manager “, but still question why I could not be provided a cost estimate.However, the dentist was very nice, very professional and I appreciated her input and attentiveness; thus I will meet with the “ business manager “. I have the feeling I am going to have another “ I was born at night, but not last night” moment. We shall see. Whatever happens, I want to once again emphasize everybody with whom I interacted was pleasant and professional, the facility was immaculately clean and the Dr. was informative, attentive and a pleasure to deal with.

I would recommend the Dr. ; anybody who has ever been rudely shuffled between unnamed assistants and technicians only to have a Dr. appear and bark dental speak at them will be pleasantly surprised and pleased at this practice.

It is conveniently located, the grounds are clean, well maintained and the office is set back from traffic- all which leads to a pleasant experience.

Went for my follow up today. Was tended to by a very nice, professional dentist who did a follow up exam and offered guidance as to options.

I will readily admit I need a lot of dental work, and this dentist took the time to answer my many questions.

I met with a gentleman who is " business manager" who walked me through all that I would need to know before the procedure I selected ( from a few options) occurs.

I agreed to an option and then was treated by a technician who did " impressions" and other things. "Ani" , was professional, polite, courteous and informative; answering any questions I had. Additionally, she was gentle and as I have pain issues, she finished what she needed to do being mindful and with as little discomfort as possible. I very much appreciated her time and work performed.

I left knowing costs, timeline, and I am quite pleased. Arguably they are not on the "affordable" side of the range in the area, and if one has the time to shop, there are probably less expensive practices. I do not have the luxury of time , thus I agreed to terms.

I would recommend Best Smile to anybody in search of dental care.
