My kids should be the ones writing this review!! They love having their teeth checked, cleaned, and complimented. The ladies at Mid bay Dental are welcoming and excellent with young patients. We appreciate the availability to work with our schedule. Our insurance company has been in and out of network over the years but we still have returned for the wonderful service.

Finally a dental office I felt totally comfortable with!!! Had a cleaning and xrays today and I couldn’t be more pleased with all the personnel. I get severe anxiety going to the dentist and today I was put at ease and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! They even had an affordable plan for people like me without insurance.

Great experience at MidBay dental today. My crown had popped out over the holidays. Once I called them - they got me in right away and were able to successfully reattach it. Dr Hughes and staff were great!

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the nice smell and how clean the office was!! The office staff is amazing & they were able to answer any questions I had. Being a military spouse, I brought my son in today and so many staff members came by to see him and even the front desk lady took him so I could finish my appointment. I live in Navarre and drove an hour to my appointment and it was worth the drive!

I went for my initial cleaning appointment with hygienist, Ari, and she did a great job. She was very gentle and told me exactly what she was going to do ahead of time. The office staff were friendly and helpful.

Dr Justine Chase has been my dentist for more than 17 years and there is a reason why I never sought another dentist or clinic. Mid Bay Dental Clinic is outstanding in their patient care and that care is ALWAYS exceptional! Dr Chase is one of the most compassionate dentists I've ever known as she has ALWAYS responded to my problems, no matter how inconvenient my call. She responds immediately and compassionately! I had the unfortunate problem of a tooth going from bad to worse that I tolerated until Christmas day when I felt I had to call for help. I got a voicemail and told her about it but felt there was very little chance she would respond on this day. I didn't even know if she was in town. Less than 10 minutes later, she called me, told me what to do, and solved the problem. I was amazed and very, very grateful for her help! If you are looking for a dentist who cares not only for your teeth but for your entire dental health, her name is Dr Justine Chase. By the way, my name is not Anonymous...it is Marsha Gledhill!
