Dr. Ottesen has an awesome kids play area to occupy my little boy while we wait to be called. My child is always eager to go to the dentist because he knows he gets to go in the treasure box for a toy as well as get a lollipop. The staff is very friendly and patient with my son. They listen to any concerns I have and discuss options to work towards remedying the situation.

Our family started using Ottesen Family Dentistry about a year ago when our dental insurance carrier changed. We could not be happier with the service that the Ottesen team provides. This is one of the only professional offices that I have been to where you do not have to wait for extended periods of time in the waiting room before you are treated. Unfortunately, they are no longer a preferred provider under our insurance carrier, but instead of finding out with a surprise bill in the mail - the Ottesen staff sat down with us at our last visit and let us know ahead of time and that they would work with us moving forward so that we didn't have to change dentists again. Being so honest and proactive with us in regards to not only billing, but also what treatments they have suggested has convinced us to stay regardless of insurance!

All the staff I came in contact with from the front desk until finished with cleaning was professional and knowledgeable. I have amazing things to say about this dentist. She is an angel! First of all she has helped my sister in laws mother quickly when she was in dire need of dental help. She came through right away. Her pricing is great. She has also come through and helped my own mother. She is so nice. And she has just offered to help an orphan girl from Ukraine that we are hosting for four week in America along with her dental needs. I couldn't believe she was so nice to help in this way but this little girl will be eternally grateful for kind doctors like herself! This girl is treated like nothing in her country and to be able to walk into her office and feel such love from this doctor will be a lifetime memory for her! Thank you thank you
