Just moved to Ocala and needed to see a dentist appointment right away. Dr. Greenstein's office got me in immediately. Very friendly staff and every step was explained to me.
Yesterday I had my new patient visit and I can't say enough good things about Dr.Greenstein and his entire team. I have had many different dentists and the team here is the best, from checking in to checking out.

I just had to have 2 fillings filled in the bottom front teeth, I can honestly say when Dr.Dan numbed my mouth i didn't feel a thing, it was pain free. Dr. Dan and his staff actually had me laughing during my visit. It was the best appointment.

5 stars for VIP Dental! The office staff are helpful and polite! I had my appointment with Dr Michael Au, assisted by Adrian, great teamwork there! Dr Au was knowledgeable, and made some suggestions regarding my dental work that were welcomed! Will definitely return, and recommend to others!

I highly recommend Dr. Au. He is very caring, thorough and professional. While I was waiting to see him, I was able to listen to him as he worked on a patient nearby. I could tell by his gentle concern with her that he is very interested in his patient’s comfort levels. This was our first visit to VIP Dental. Found a comfortable waiting room, efficient and friendly staff. Made me feel that they cared about me. Following Covid protocol. Felt very safe. Doctors exam was thorough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greenstein for a bit over 2 years and have been completely satisfied, not only the Dr. but with the entire staff (office personnel included). This office is exceptional. I have had cavities filled, extractions, crowns, root canal and an implant. At 78 yearsI have needed a fair amount of work done. Each and every time he answered all my questions, to the point of recommending against another implant or two.
