Everyone at VIP Dental is friendly from the receptionist to technicians and especially Dr. Greenstein. Dr. Greenstein is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explains everything he is going to do. He will answer all your questions. Very impressed with Dr. Greenstein! He also has a good sense of humor.

At 66 I just needed to bring my smile back. Couple missing teeth, couple of crowns, a few fillings, some dental implants. They make me feel so comfortable there. I love it! Well kept building, great location. Excellent staff. Everyone was helpful, all my insurance papers done they took care of all. My doctor, Dr.Dan he's perfect for all my exceptional dental needs...He's a Dental Artist.

I had an appointment for 9/12/22. I waited 7 months to get in to see them in the first place! They called me last minute, (2 hours before), and canceled, then told me they couldn’t fit me in again till May 2023! Totally unacceptable! You cancelled on me not vice versa. This is not a good way to do business and obviously they couldn’t care less. I will be finding a different dental office to go to, one that understands customer service.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I made an appointment with your practice due to the positive reviews. At my visit I was told that I needed a deep cleaning. The office staff gave me the details and cost of the cleaning. I called your office the very next day and at least twice again this week. My original appointment was on Monday, today is Friday and I haven’t received a call back.
