I had a root canal performed by Dr. Greenstein and his assistant yesterday, (I am sorry I have such bad memory!). It was a great experience for me. The Doctor gave me my Novocain in my upper left side with very minimal injection pain. I was impressed. They both were absolute professionals and I felt very confident that they both would take great care of me and they did. Next week, I go for my crown. Thank you, VIP Dental,! You are a great team of professionals. I hope I can call you my dentist office for a very long time. I wish I could see the regular General Practitioner there too, but I am not old enough yet....

In the past I have always had the doctor check my mouth and check my neck and throat for lumps....
That was the only thing I was disappointed by. . Maybe they only do it yearly now??

The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. The office itself is clean and nicely decorated. Great music and Dr. Greenstone is always in a great mood. Appointment times are spaced appropriately so you hardly ever have to wait more than a few minutes. It takes me about 30 minutes to drive to this office but I like this dentist so much I choose to continue making the drive rather than switch to a closer office.

My appointment time was great, it worked well for me. The hygienist was also wonderful (Jackie) and right on time! She did a great job and didn’t try to get me to purchase treatment I didn’t really need and explained the reasons she felt it wasn’t needed. I always enjoyed receiving the little sample packs with a new tooth brush and floss. But she didn’t give me that this time. :( OH well not a deal breaker but i did missed it! 😧

She always consults her notes from previous visits and reiterates exactly what she will do for the current appointment. My comfort level is always taken into consideration.
