First visit: Very friendly staff and dentist. Thorough explanations. Excellent care.
Amendment: They make a nice impression but overcharge, do inadequate work, and do not provide services needed. I had inadequate x-rays done, one tooth removed, and discussed with Dr. Au denture options. After, I was shown that they were going to charge my insurance $270 for services rendered. Turns out they charged my insurance almost double that. I complained about pain in another tooth and was told it was because that tooth was hitting an upper tooth. Discovered from another dentist that the cause of my pain was that I actually needed a root canal. That was never mentioned, maybe not even seen, by Dr. Au. I had called VIP and left a message about an abscess that had developed where the tooth pulled had been located and said I was in great pain. I asked for an antibiotic to be called in to my pharmacy. I was called back 3&1/2 days later and was told they'd see if they could get me in for an examination later that week. By then, I had scheduled with another dentist. Although the staff may have been nice on my first visit there, they lied to me right from the start. They overcharged my insurance company, making my benefits significantly decrease. And their insurance claim included a bill for a consultation with a dentist there that I never saw, met, or ever talked to. I told my insurance company to investigate them for fraudulent charges. Being friendly is nice when it's genuine, but it's intentional deceit when the patient is overcharged, received improper treatment, and not properly cared for or about. I will never go there again and advise anyone considering them - unless you've got money to burn - to seek more ethical and proper care elsewhere.

VIPcare Dental offers the lastest technology equipment. The facility was very clean. My dental hygienist, Jackie, was the best I've ever experienced. VIPcare Dental is the most professional dental service on every level. I feel blessed to be one of their patients.

I was terribly afraid of the dentist due to traumatic experience as a child.
I had been in pain for 4 days and knew I had to do something. As I was leaving work early , a friend recommended Vip dental to me.
I called and was able to get in that afternoon.
I told the nurse of my fears and my past experiences.
She was understanding and made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Greenstein was gentle, talking to me as he worked . I never event felt the tooth come out !
He was awesome !
I had been putting off much needed dental work , but now I have my next appointment set already !
I highly recommend VIP and Dr. Greenstein!

The best Dentist office in Ocala. They got my teeth back healthy again verses other dental office could not succeed. The other offices did not care the way VIPCare Dental did. The staff are friendly. The Doctor has very nice personality. I would recommend them 200%

This was my second visit to VIP Dental. I had 3 fillings done, and to my surprise the entire event was totally painless. Dr Greenstein is very professional , and an excellent dentist. His staff is polite, courteous and friendly. I have already sent my partner to him as well. GREAT job people
