Dr. Prieto and his staff are outstanding. It is easy to make appointments to see the doctor, and everyone in the office is dedicated to making you feel at ease during your visit. The staff is very friendly, and there is open dialogue with the customer.

Dr. Prieto provides excellent customer care. He is very knowledgeable, and provides complete communication on every aspect of any dental services being performed. I feel very at ease when I communicate with anyone in his office.

Dr. Prieto is an excellent dentist, and his staff is very professional. I was welcomed by the staff immediately upon my arrival. In just a few short minutes after meeting his staff, I felt I knew everyone when it was time to have my dental work performed.

The doctor provides concise feedback on his findings, and is very detailed in explaining all options available to me. Dr. Prieto is the best dentist ever!

Dr. Prieto has been my dentist since he graduated from dental school maybe 20+ years ago. I have always found him to be professional and very personable. His explanations are thorough and understandable. In addition to his expertise, he also maintains a well coordinated staff of cheerful employees. His waiting area is attractive and well kept, and the procedure rooms are immaculate with up to date equipment. I would highly recommend Dr. Prieto to anyone in the area in need of a well qualified and dependable dentist.

Myself and my family have been patients of Dr. Prieto for many years because we have always received outstanding services! I have never walked into their office without receiving a hello and big smile. Most staff have been employees the entire time we have been patients, to me this says it is a friendly place where they want to work! Would highly recommend.

The dentist appears to be competent; however, the dental office staff are not very friendly. The dentist office is not a place people visit for fun and perhaps an encounter with professional and friendly staff can make a small difference. I observed office staff make direct contact with patients and fail to offer a greeting unless they are asking the patient of pay for anticipated treatment many times. It says something about the organization. If the doctor does not expect staff to be warm and friendly to patients other than when they are accepting payments, there is something deeper to be said about the culture of the office. Good manners can go a long way. Sanitation is a concern, hand washing to be specific. Gloves and face masks are donned; however, as a patient it would be nice to see the same effort placed into putting on a pair of gloves or a face mask would be placed into the action of hand washing--with gloves on dental staff (dentist too) with patient seated...adjusting glasses, tugging at the nose, grabbing chair levers, tapping on computer keys and then entering a patient's mouth is a bit much. A little time explaining procedures, very expensive procedures to patients while performing treatment would be helpful or at the very least at some point prior to the patient arriving at the payment counter. Disappointing experience. The doctor can make visits to his office a bit more pleasant for patients.

I love this dental office. The dentist is friendly, professional and does a great job. I've had crowns, a filling and a root canal and all were done without a hitch. All my life, I have been a big chicken when it comes to any dental visit but the people in this office make it as easy as possible. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dentist!

Tracy and Dr. Prieto were both gentle and kind. I am thankful to have a new home base for dental care and am bringing my whole family and recommending them to anyone who asks !

I used to live in Orange Park which is how I found Dr. Prieto. I moved to Savannah, GA for 5 years and now live in Hastings, FL. I travel 60-120 miles to see Dr. Prieto. He is great. I've had root canals and a dental implant. Great work with no problems.

Dr. Prieto has been my dentist for about 15 years. He is excellent: Very qualified; Friendly; and reasonable. A couple of years ago, I called his office in a panic - I had broken a tooth. He and his staff were able to work me into his schedule that day. I left with a temporary crown until he was able to install the permanent one. All of his staff are very professional and friendly. He is the best and I am so blessed to have him as my dentist.
