Great services! Wonderful dentists but the hygienists steal the show. Kid friendly not ominous or intimidating for little ones or anyone with fears of the dentists for that matter.
Edit: I want to say Dr. Goulding is great my hygienists are great. The front office for billing and appointments... terrible. They have confused my appointments more than once. Today was the last straw. I was called at work, after being a patient there for 2 years yesterday and told my insurance information was not on file. STRANGE. I called back this morning as soon as they opened and provided 2 forms of insurance speaking to a "back office representative", I called again and spoke with an in-office representative providing the same information. At this point my appointment is less than 20 minutes away and I called a THIRD time and it still hasn't been corrected- and they keep asking me about an insurance plan I have NEVER PROVIDED THEM WITH?!?! I have taken time off 2 jobs to be able to be seen, I have provided TWO forms of dental insurance and for whatever reason they could not confirm them or advise of what if any co-payment amount there would be prior to appointment. I canceled. Because I cannot afford to overpay now with the anticipation of a credit with my insurance if and when they figure that out. Never again. Never ever again. This was a possibly a final appointment before a move, which I informed the staff of, it was quite important also due to the fact that I have periodontal disease and should be seen frequently, this was my last chance to be seen before leaving the state of Florida. Never ever ever ever again. ZERO STARS.

Ashley was amazing! I'm a huge baby when it comes to the dentist in general, and the staff made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. Jodi helped me remain calm in a way that I can only compare to the same safe feeling that a mother can provide. My dentist, Mark, was super patient with my extra feels and I greatly appreciate all of their help

If you want great dental services, I strongly recommend The Dentist Place in Orange Park. Dr. Hood is very detailed in providing the best dental service. Her staff, Nicki, Danielle, Ashley and Roxy always provide professional and friendly services. I miss Dr. Conley, but now that Dr. Hood is my Dentist, the Dentist Place is again providing the best dental services in this area. My wife and I are proud to have The Dentist Place as our dental provider. I feel any Doctor/Dentist should ask their patient "How do you feel?" or "Do you have any questions?" prior to stepping out to see the next patient.

I’ve been a patient in this office for quite a while now. Miss my Dr Conley, still miss him. But I still have my hygienist Michelle. Love her! Everyone in the office is so polite, respectful, sweet and above all very professional. I now live in the Southside but I still go to OP to my Dentist Place. That’s my place as well! Thank you for always being so kind throughout my accident ordeal. You guys rock! 💞💞💞

Unlike some other dentists that I've used through the years, the staff at The Dentist Place takes time to explain information to me and make recommendations that would help benefit me and my health. My parents have been going here for years, and I’m so glad that after a bad experience at a different dentist office I found my way here. Everyone is very kind. Unfortunately, the hygienist and dentist I had seen my first 2 visits are no longer with the practice, but my new hygienist Ashley was great and the visit was overall pleasant.
