I was not satisfied. I was charged an outrageous amount for "an extensive cleaning" but it felt less than adequate: there were no flossing, no tartar removing, and no polishing done to my teeth! I examined my teeth after I arrived home & they did not look any different or as if I had just left the dentist office., when you pay for super service it should show!!!

Nikki is a great dental hygienist! She helps you to understand the value of cleaning and flossing your teeth all the time, not just a week before your scheduled cleaning! I went from having multiple cavities each visit to not having any cavities in 4 years! Nikki is also funny and easy to chat with!
Dr. Sevilla is great and very personable! He takes the time to go over your treatment plan and why each item is beneficial.

I went to The Dentist Place from a referral a couple months ago because I felt a little tenderness in my rear molar. When I arrived, I was greeted very kindly and was called by my last name by everyone whom I spoke with. From the receptionists, to the dental hygienist, to the assistants and Dr. Sevilla all treated me like a friend and made me feel very comfortable. Since it had been several years since my last dental visit, they performed a full X-ray and discovered 2 cavities and another in need of root canal. That day I had my teeth cleaned and the following day they performed the root canal. Having never been through this process and it sounding painful I was a bit nervous but as Dr. Sevilla and his fine team started working on me I felt very confident that this experience wasn't going to be as bad as it sounded. From the moment I sat in the chair to the moment I left, I did NOT feel any pain whatsoever and within 30 minutes of leaving this 4 hour procedure I went right to Chic-fil-A, ordered a combo and ate the whole meal without any pain. These guys are not only very professional, they are efficient affordable and super friendly! To whomever commented about their poor financial tactics probably either went to a different place or may not realize that businesses with that great of service and professionalism have good people and good people are worth keeping. The only way to keep good people is to pay them what they are worth. When it comes to my teeth I want the best team available and The Dentist Place is definitely a place where I'll return for all of my dental needs!

I love this Dental Office!! Dr. Davila is one of the best Dentists I’ve ever had. The customer service is awesome. Dr. Davila and his staff of dental hygienists make you feel like your family!! Highly recommended..

My husband was due for his 6-month cleaning with The Dentist Place and his insurance had changed. He told the receptionist when she called to confirm his appointment. He circled "yes", insurance has changed when he signed in that day. He handed his new insurance card to the receptionist who waved it off and said she didn't need it. Fast forward several weeks, and we receive a bill for the full amount of the cleaning because they submitted a claim to the wrong insurance company. I called to find out where the breakdown occurred. Days later, when the office manager finally returned my call, neither she nor the receptionist would accept any responsibility or even offer an apology. Now we're being harassed by a debt collection agency. Disgusting billing practices at this office.

Everyone was very friendly towards me. Dr WEAVER and Assistant SHEEKA were awesome. They tried their best to make me comfortable throughout the procedure. I had to get two bottom wisdom tooth pulled which can be difficult to get out however DR WEAVER took his time and made sure i was ok. Thank u guys!!!!!! By the way his is all about team work which shows me about his character.

This was my first visit at this office. Everyone was very pleasant. The doctor came in and went over everything that needed to be done. I will definitely go back. I loved the tv in my room awhile I was waiting for the doctor to come in.

This office is the best!!! The staff is awsome and made me and my daughter feel like a part of their family!! Taylor is awsome at the front desk and also is a team player and helps out in the back!! Ms.Nikki is also amazing and very gentle !! And they have the best Doctor in town Dr. Sevilla!! He's very knowledgeable ! And they have the best prices in town!! I recommend this place 100%
