I have been a patient for about 2 yrs now the Doctors are excellent "but" as for staff handling your insurance l got a complete treatment plan like l should but when l go to my appointment there is always a change in cost for treatment one time l was told they had the wrong insurance in the system for me so my treatment plan was wrong no one call me in advance in which l had already paid for my treatment in advance unprofessional,this has happen to me 2 times..Now today l went in before work because my face was swollen and understand this, if you have insurance it covers a emergency exam or limited 100% with out you meeting your yearly deductible one x-ray and diagnosis.So l have not been there since Aug 2018 now here it is Feb 2019 they decided to tell me l had a balance and would not see me today until l paid it you guys waited 6months to tell me "Really "unprofessional now l clearly needed an antibiotic because my jaw is swollen which infection is nothing to take lightly you turn me away untreated that was so uncaring of your office there was no offer to take care of the balance on my next visit for treatment,at that point you guys would have gotten the balance and my yearly deductible of a $100 dollars and l would be in a healthier condition but you failed to treat me for my well being l have always paid my bill now you have lost me and my husband as patients and l really believe to you guys it doesn't matter staff is the face of a business and you have failed...

Dr. Anthony Sevilla and his team are amazing people. At most dentist offices you feel scared to sit in the chair, however Dr. Sevilla and his team take away that classic fear that we all have felt when visiting the dentist. His friendly and up beat personality will make you feel welcomed and will have you smiling. While his knowledge and way of explaining medical aspects will let you know that you are in good hands. Unlike many dentist I have been to Dr. Sevilla is also able to actually numb my teeth before working on them - despite the fact that I am very hard to numb. Over all the Dentist Place has a warm friendly atmosphere which takes a lot of the stress out of your visit.
