I have huge anxiety going to a dentist Courtney the dental hygienist sent me down and talk to me and made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. The front desk staff was great A+ plus they gave me a plan with all the prices and Wood insurance covers, and what insurance does not wonderful place

The Dentist Place has provided my dental services for almost 11 years and one of the biggest reasons is my dental hygienist, Michelle. I trust her and she is awesome at her job. She truly cares about her patients and provides outstanding care. Also, Dr. Goulding is a tireless professional who takes the time to explain things so I feel comfortable. His work is excellent and he shows a care for you as an individual. Lastly, the office staff are all pleasant and courteous. They run an efficient office. Thank you the extraordinary care. .

Been utilizing this place the last 5 years, loved Dr. Sevilla but he moved. Dr. Goulding is very nice and personable. Front desk lady is not very personable or customer oriented, really put me off.

When you get to this place they try to do everything on you even though I told them I was only there for a cleaning, then they said don’t worry Insurance cover everything, but at the end they try to charge you because the insurance didn’t cover so when w
I complained they said it’s ok we will take care of that, but now they are sending me a bill because the insurance didn’t cover even though they said don’t worry we will take care of that, if you don’t want a surprise stay away from them

New Patient experience was nothing short of excellent. I was unhappy for the past few years at a different chain, so I did some research and selected this office. I’m so happy I did. I would highly recommend, all staff that I came in contact with was very professional and nice.

I was in for a routine cleaning. Afterwards I was charged which was unusual, because I have the higher option insurance. When I received my benefits letter it said everything was covered. I called back to the debris place they said I was charged for the fluoride and the insurance did not cover that. So I checked again, and on the benefits page, the fluoride was covered.

Todays appointment was great. I didn’t wait long for them to call my name. Geneva was so nice and friendly and explained everything!! Dr Goulding does not just do things because it’s on a list of things if it’s not needed he doesn’t do it. He has the patients best interest at heart and he’s very friendly too. I would definitely recommend them. I also luv Ashley and Danielle in there. I didn’t see them today but they are both so nice and do a great job
