I can write a book on this. I was seeing an ortho in this dental place for invasilign and then she transferred. During the time she transferred, I was referred to Dr Sevilla only to find out I was few months pregnant and I decided not to continue with the treatment. So I was supposed to get a refund. My last ortho visit was June 2017. I call all the time and walk in sometimes to check on my refund. I have not gotten any answer. The accountant Miss Elizabeth she is never available and she never calls me back.
I am writing this waiting at their office for answers.
I am running out of patience and the next step they will deal with my lawyer.

First I have to say that I have avoided the dentist for a decade, terror does not begin to describe my feelings about dentists. I have had nothing but actual torture (lack of use of novicaine) , major pain and bad experiences (fillings falling out in minutes of leaving the office) from every dentist I have gone to since I was a teenager until now. The ladies here made sure I was in no discomfort the slightest pinch they stopped and ensured I was properly numb. Friendly does not adequately describe them. Professional holds no slight glimpse. 4 extractions and one of them surgical and starting a root canal. Barely even felt the shots, 3 small barely there pinches on one extraction, which they stopped to make sure I was ok and added more novocaine to make sure. I am a 6'5 225 lb guy who us currently emotional in a good way about the best dentist visit I have had since I was a kid and I'm 40 now. You are a fool if you don't make these people your dentist. I cannot say enough good things about them.
