From the time I entered The Dentist Place Orange Park I was treated very well, Geneva made coming for the first time a pleasure with her kind words, as she explained what will take place, after I left her, and that's when I met Courtney what a joy, as my exam started, she educated me on everything from the x-ray the picture taking of all my teeth, explain every test that was taken, I felt very comfortable and confident about any problems I may have they will be taken care of. What's the old saying "save the best for last Dr. Goulding AKA Dr. G was informative as well as very pleasant to talk to.
My overall score will be a 10 for the dentist place Orange Park... Vanessa Easton.. 👍

Wow. The best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The most knowledgeable, courteous , friendliest staff I've ever seen. These people are the top of the class when it comes to dental. I would recommend them highly. I would like to thank the whole staff for the excellent professional service. Courtney the Hygienist was fantastic. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

As always the folks at The Dentist Place are AWESOME!! They were right on time with my appointment and took great care of me. These folks are real people that genuinely care about their patients. They actually take the time to just talk to you. I highly recommend them. You definitely won't regret it. They never try to sell you on things you don't need. Great people and GREAT care. The initial experience was great. I really enjoyed the staff, hygienist, and dentist. I felt like they did a thorough job and were super friendly. We were new to the area so I was initially very pleased to have found a new dental office so quickly. However, several months later I received a bill for nearly $200 for the cleaning that I had done there. After speaking with both my insurance and the office, I realized they had performed services that were not covered under a routine cleaning through my insurance without my knowledge or consent. The gentlemen that helped me at the front desk was very nice and apologetic, he even offered to take partial payment for now, and I could pay the rest when I felt more comfortable. That being said it was more the principle of what happened than the actual $ amount that I was upset by. They do great work but I am disappointed to say I will not be returning because in my opinion $200 for a routine cleaning is absurd.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also have payment plans which I liked. But overall the service was great. My dental work was beyond better than what I expected. I didn’t feel a thing when the dentist was doing my fillings. I totally recommend them.

One of the best dentist I have been to. They definitely know what they are doing and are extremely professional. I went there for a permanent crown seating and Dr. Goulding did phenomenal. Very quick and efficient. 10/10.

I had an appointment later in the day, the staff all seemed nice. Ashley was my nurse, she took the x-rays of my molars & explained to me what she was seeing on my x-ray. She was very personable. Then Dr. Hood came in & was just as sweet. She explained in some detail why they were not able to extract the molar at that time. Overall it was an exceptional experience. I will definitely come back for other work on my smile! Thank you & God Bless
