I went for a deep cleaning today and i was kind of nervous abou it. But my doctor made feel so comfortable that everything went away.He was really gentle and patient i barely feelt any pain whatsoever. He also gave me a little travel bag with dental goodies that was really nice.Im glad i chose this place. Definitely a 5 star

Super great place with component staff and dental professionals. Jorel B is a fantastic hygentist who takes time to explain procedures and help ease your mind. Very thorough with providing information and checking your comfort level.

I have been a client of Bright Now Dental for at least three years and I have received impeccable service every time I have visited. I am pleased to add Dr. Alexander Duque to my list of favorite dental physicians. Dr. Duque completed multiple dental procedures for me in one day and remained friendly and compassionate the entire time. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Duque kept me calm by keeping me informed throughout my procedures. The entire Bright Now Dental staff are extremely friendly and customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend Bright Now Dental to anyone who is searching for a knowledgeable and friendly dental staff.

After sitting in the busy lobby for 2 hours and being the last patient waiting, I approached the front desk where they realized they forgot to get me in. They were soon to close and got me check for Ortho, but never got the cleaning I came in for. Not too happy about taking more time out of work to be seen, but they were friendly and apologetic of the front desks mistake.

Doctor Naila Ortega is the most thoughtful and caring orthodontist I’ve ever had. Could not have put my teeth under better orthodontist care. She genuinely wants everyone to have straight, beautiful teeth. Can't thank her enough to have seen my treatment through. I definitely recomend her to any new or returning ortho patients. Jorel was my hygienists when I visited this Bright Now location. He was very professional and courteous, walking me through everything that he was doing. excellent experience, look forward to coming back in 3 months.

Worst Dental experience long story short they take almost an hour to x Ray every tooth in my mouth doctor comes in and asked me if I'm here for a cleaning (explained to 3 different people previously I have an infection from impacted wisdom teeth) obviously didn't read my file before speaking to me turns out when she's looking at the file not one shot was taken of my wisdom tooth she asks the nurse where's the pictures of my wisdom teeth nurses response is I tried to but couldn't get them. Explain at the end of the daboggle that im in pain as explained when I made the appt they had to ask another doctor to get me pain meds and he gives me 800 mg of ibuprofen? Explained I can just go home and take 3 250mg of Advil. Go give your business somewhere else complete waste of a visit trust me there are way better providers out there!

These people saved my life with the pain i was in..they accomidated me a day early and did a fantastic job for my root canal. Very painless the dr was very careful, overall my favorite dental office and practioners ive ever had. Thanks to the dentist and assistants i can go back to my life 😄

The experience was HORRIBLE! I will never go back again. I waited a WHOLE HOUR woth an appointment. Nobody said anything about being backed up. They were eating, laugjing, taking pictures but was “ so busy “ i went to the front desk to cancel the appt and the 2 girls didnt even offer to help me. I GLADY called corporate because that was UNACCEPTABLE

Our dentist was really helpful and a lovely lady. She explained everything in a friendly understanding manner and we felt comfortable with her.
