Freddy is an amazing hygienist. I've been to Bright Now for almost 3 years due to braces and I'm constantly getting a cleaning. I feel like i got a massage. He is 10 out of 10.

I feel this BrightNow location is a big fraud. I visited for normal cleaning. I spent 500$ on cleaning. Doctors then advised me for tooth filling telling that in future that might be problem to me. I never had any pain but believed in Doctors recommendation and as precaution done the tooth filling spending another 200$. From that day, there is severe pain. I visited two times later where doctors couldn't fix the problem and instead now they ask me to do root canal for same tooth and asking to pay another 1500$. I want everyone to be aware of this fraud. I've never expected this from such a bigger brand.

This office knows patient care and is absolutely friendly. The staff is quick and efficient. Allowed me to be in and out in no time and I couldn't be more satisfied with every visit. I would definitely recommend this specific location!!!

I’m so happy I came to this office for my family, all the staff was wonderful fit all of us in on the same day even when I myself didn’t have an appointment. I’m grateful for the office manger made and staff made us feel very welcomed I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a wonderful dentist office can’t wait to go back thanks for all you have done, if I could give more than 5 stars I would thanks again!!!

I just wanted to Thank the dentist and the staff that saw me today! Most dentist offices would’ve turn me away! It was nice know that their are still some people in this world that care about others out there and not about just the all mighty dollar! Again Thank you and God bless you for giving me a chance!!!

Dr.Adams is the orthodontist I at this location and is the nastiest orthodnistist apart of this company. They have the most unprofessional staff, along with him being very rude and nasty to people he should be fired and let go as soon as possible. Adelina is like a manager of different locations and they need to let her go too. The entire staff is very rude and nasty and she is unprofessional and has a bad oder as well. Dr.Adams also is very racist and rude, I don’t recommend this location to anyone seeking dental or ortho care.

The biggest problem with the office at Sandlake and orange blossom trail Is there scheduling literally every appointment that I have had I’ve been in the office 4 to 5 hours at a time and the dentist is constantly running in between patients.
To even call this office it is a hassle!! I waited on hold for 20 minutes and before the call was complete the call disconnected luckily I was driving near there and was able to go inside and confirm my appointment
