Today I had an appointment with Bright Now Dental for a deep cleaning... the hygienist freddy was so kind and professional in explaining things to me....I just want to thank freddy from the bottom of my heart for doing an excellent job!!👍 and I also want to thank Isma and the wonderful staff for being so kind and professional god bless you all !🙏

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a little while past my appointment time but that was okay when I asked about it they check me in. They made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Honestly I love the staff and the doctors, everybody is very nice and very profesional about what they are doing, but the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because they take way too long to see you, I had an appointment at 2pm and the doctor ended up working on me at almost 4:30 and it only take about 20 minutes so I ended up leaving there at almost 5pm, so I will say that they need to be a little more Conscious about the patient time and work better on their scheduling time so that way a patient doesn’t have to wait 2 or more hours before being seeing even if they have an appointment, so mi advise if you want to go there, clear your schedule because you are going to be there a minimum of 2 hours or more :)

There are no wait times, that part I really like. The staff are professional and friendly. Their offices are super clean. The only thing that I wish they would change is to provide smaller bite wings for the people that have issues with the gag reflex.

An update....not a sick bay or dental commando so it has been awhile...if you have a toothache that is killing you for a few days and finally decide its time ...don't call this place unless you want to wait a month or more....and the attitude is "take a number" don't call us we will call you...go to the hospital. The Bright Now at Alafaya, East Orlando is much better..took only a few days......they sound way more intelligent on the phone also...no gum smacking, muffled speech or clicking of finger nails...

not recommended office. not honest . i went with my wife to this office with the same insurance for both first we got the same diagnostic then we got different price for the same action with the same insurance when i show this to the office manager she couldn't explain why the price is different then start to be very rude and saying accept the plan or rejected

Extremely long phone hold times just for a simple request 1+ hour on hold? Really? Come on man, that's not right.
