It's too hard to get an appointment in this place the front desk person was unprofessional and have no customer service skills whatsoever.they need to fire this people and better their communication skills ,when you try to call them they will put you on hold until you hang up,not to mention their website do not work don't even try to make an appointment online you will be very upset. It is better to go somewhere else .

They dont give you the right information. I waited over a month 4 this appointment. I gave them all my information including my insurance an when I get there they tell me they dont accept it an want me to pay out of pocket.. so I don't recommend them..

Check-out waiting time is too long. I waited 20 minutes at the desk just to reschedule another monthly orthodontic appointment and to get a return to school note. One employee stated she was already logged out the computer, picked up her cell phone, and walked away.
