0 stars. Both times I went in early. I had to wait a whole hour on my first appointment before they called everyone in the room before me that even came in after me. Second time they did the same thing, called everyone in the room that came after me.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The orthodontist there literally turned me down as a patient saying there was "nothing that she could do." My case was "too complex" and "braces wasn't going to fix it." Incompetent. Now being treated elsewhere, oh and with braces.
