Only accepts Medicare. I went in suffering from a migraine because of a broken wisdom tooth and I was quickly dismissed because I have liberty dental insurance

Haven't been patient here for 2 years . Because of "help" they did I had to redo 2 crowns ,and 1 root canal that got infected . Did not write a review because simply did not want to deal with them at all and erase all the memories on how they treated me. Always has been huge wait time in a lobby. 1 doctor run in between at least 3-4 pations. If someone think its ok ,no its not. My "doctors" were "doctor" Potter and "doctor " Williams that seemed very nice but turned to be unprofessional. Hope both of them don't work there any more. "Specialists" there might know how to do a simple fillings but i would not recommend anyone who needs to do anything else to go there.

This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The actual dentist and x-ray techs were amazing and caring. My appointment was at 8am And I waited over an hour without being seen. The African American woman receptionist was rude, nasty and very condescending to me and several other people. Not only did she disclose my medical information in front of other patients, which I’m sure is a violation of HIPPA she was loud and could careless. I filed a complaint with the US department of Health. Canceled ALL of my future appointments. It’s a shame that you are treated so terrible by someone who's job to provide a warm welcome. I will never come back here. Stay away!

Literally, I would’ve rated the front desk 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. Do not waste your time here, they do not care about the time of your set appointment. I had fillings, deep cleaning, and a crown put on here at different times. Very subpar service RUINS everything. The dentist Tella seems good at her practice but is not very informative- WHAT IS THE POINT OF BECOMING A DENTIST IF YOU DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR PATIENTS? She is not very informative at all almost like she doesn’t want to be there. The only person that saves this location is the hygienist Freddy which has an award winning personality and honestly is the only reason I even bothered to return, but unfortunately I will not be returning again and I would advise everyone to do the same unless you are only getting a cleaning from hygienist

I gave been calling over a week left messages there open but goes to voicemail this is unexceptional rude wether ur on lunch say your lunch hours and not to return calls is also rude i dont understand the logic something seriously needs to be done

I’ve tried to reach you to reschedule and it’s impossible. Your service is terrible. I’ve called about 5 times left messages and no answer. How do I get a new appointment?
I could not go the day of the appointment because of Covid-19. I left various messages explaining why I couldn’t go, but to my avail no one has contacted me yet.
I am going to wait for your call because I already paid the implant, if not I wouldn’t insist in going to your office again.

I have always been weary about going to the dentist, but the staff here was do awesome! They made me feel at ease and made me comfortable with during the entire visit!

Very clean and professional. However I went in with a toothache and dentist said it was impossible to have one there. Pressed start on a video on flossing and walked away. Had a root canal there 2 years ago. Dentist was working on 3 patients at the same time. Spent 5 hours in a chair for a 1 hour procedure. I wish my benefits would cover a more personal dentist instead of these dental mills. BTW...still have toothache!

Update - went to another dentist today and I have no cavities!!! Not one!! Bright now said I had 4 last week!! This place was going to drill in 4 of my teeth with no cavities!! That is crazy to me!! I knew I didn’t have any!! So glad I went to my old dentist and paid out of pocket for an exam and cleaning!!!bright now -2 hours for a new patient appointment! They do t do cleanings on your first appointment! They want you to miss work and come a different time! No other dentist takes 2 hours for photos. The dentist looked at my teeth for less than 20 seconds. Said I had 4 cavities! I said I got 4 cavities in the last 6 months from my previous dentist when I had none?? I don’t think so!! Waste of my time! Never again!!

This place is amazing, friendly staff and environment. My dental assistant whose name I forgot was so amazing and accommodating! The doctor was great and lastly Freddy who cleaned my teeth has a great sense of humor and makes you relax. I loved Bright Now!
