This appointment was nothing short of amazing. I was first greeted by the cheerful hulda who was very professional and kind. She explained everything thoroughly to me. Then the Dental hygienist mirline was amazing she took her time to explaining to me she didn’t judge me and my teeth were in real bad condition. I will be coming back here for sure I loved it.. THESE LADIES WERE AMAZING

I had a 3 o’clock appointment and was asked to come in 30 mins early since I was a new patient. I got there 36 mins early and filled out all my paperwork in 10 mins. When I walked in there was only 2 people in the waiting room. After I arrived a bunch of others started showing up and each and every one of them were called in before me including another new patient who was going in for a cleaning that arrived 45 minutes after I did. I got up multiple times to ask how much longer it was going to be and I never got an answer. After waiting 2 hours I couldn’t anymore and told them I was leaving. She told me to wait and went to talk to the doctor and told me she apologizes for the wait and if I would like to reschedule. Basically saying they weren’t going to call me in anytime soon. I was going in for cleaning and x-rays to get a referral since I have been having pain on my wisdom teeth. They are extremely unprofessional and in a bad mood when you go up to talk to the receptionists. I told her I would find another dentist and I did. I don’t recommend going to this dentist office, it’s a waste of time.

I've had dentist phobia for years. Dr. Potter and his staff, especially Willimarie were kind, patient, sympathetic and professional. The whole office atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. I have to go for more work, but I know I'm in the best hands!! Thank you!

What a very stress free experience while getting my deep cleaning. I usually get anxiety attacks at the dentist but Freddy made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He explained everything and I will definitely recommend them.

Scam. Do not trust them they up charge you and make you pay out of pocket even with insurance. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want a headache and ask questions don’t trust anything they say. I asked for a cleaning and when I did not want to pay for a special cleaning I was asked to leave since I had to pay for an upgraded cleaning only. Not normal at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

After being rescheduled 3 times from the winter garden location, I was recommended to try another location (sand lake). When this took place, I waited an HOUR to get the exam done WITHOUT the cleaning I was scheduled for. There was no accommodation, for the office rescheduling...throughout the process to get a simple cleaning.

My first visit to this office was not bad, Dr Tella did a good job w my crown, but I was especially impressed with the dental assistant Beverly, she was so pleasant, she was so attentive to my needs, she explained everything, and was very careful to listen and genuinely concerned w my treatment, she is definitely an asset bto that office!!!

I have been going to Bright Now! Dental since 2013. They are awesome! They know me when I walk in and I love that. I really love Jorel. He always is overly helpful with everything. I love Bright Now so much that I recommend them to everyone who asks if I know of a good dentist. One of my coworkers just started going there and love it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I want to thank the Dentist and the staff who treated my husband on the day after Thanksgiving. The office was closing at 12pm and we showed up at 11:45am. The staff without a beat saw how much pain he was in, chose to see us. We have been looking for dentist for years and in one day you fixed his teeth. It looks amazing, I have not seen him smile like this in years. We are very grateful and will recommend anyone to your office.
