This is the place for dental care, I love my assistant Ariana as well my Dental Dr. Duque, they work amazingly well together with a great sense of humor. It is hard to keep from laughing while trying to maintain your mouth open for them while they are working in the mouth. Great partnership!!! I love this place.

I had the best experience at this dentist today, I have not gone to the dentist in quite a while they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable they just wanted to do the best to answer my questions and do what treatments worked best for me. I’m so glad I came to today and Freddy the hygienist was awesome I feel a lot more confident after getting my cleaning and can’t wait to go back again . Thank you to the lovely staff as well !!!

Run!!! Sandlake office is the worst. They rarely have a doctor available, which mean they constantly cancel appointments. Sadly, a FEW times I showed up after leaving work early only to find out the office canceled my appointment without notice. This is horrible especially if you have bad tooth pain. When they are finally able to see you, your wait will be 2 hours plus long before being seeing. I gave this dentist office a whole year of my life and each time they disappointed me with no improvement. Horrible service.

Long wait with an appointment. Finally 1hour later got seen. Nice front desk personnel. Charge extra fees for COVID that you find out right there. Million nurses and just 2 doctors so sit tight and commit the whole morning for your appointment.

His assistants were very professional too. I don't remember her name ... but I affectionately call her" la chinita" she was recommended to me by a dear friend

I have been a patient at this office since fall 2012. I've have never been impressed with their service and would not recommend this office to anyone. I have actually advised family and friends to spend their money elsewhere. The wait time in the beginning was usually quite lengthy, once I waited well over an hour. I have remained at this office because I utilize both the ortho and regular dental services.

it's not all bad the office is usually clean and the hygienist Luis has great customer service.

My most recent encounter was upsetting as i was scheduled May 7th, which was a Thursday. After leaving my home to get there, waiting in the waiting room for a full hour, i did not get my x rays and teeth cleaned as expected i was turned away because the Ortho is only there on Wednesdays and no one would be able to remove and put back my braces. why was i scheduled on a day that i couldn't be helped? My time was not valued at all!!

My other annoyances-- when i have requested documents in the past such as a payment history or my contract it was never received although i was advised otherwise.they do not honor what's in there contract. when i filled out the contract for my braces, an office policy became effective soon after i never signed or agreed to the terms. this did not stop them from trying to make me sign it two years later AND still enforcing the policy and making me pay.

Bright Now Dental(Sandlake Dr) is simply amazing. I am the patient of Dr. Potter and he is truly an amazing Dentist, he explains procedures in a way that is understandable, he makes you feel comfortable even with an extraction and root canal! From checking in to checking out the process runs smoothly. I recommend everyone and anyone to make Bright Now Dental a home for all your dental needs.

I love my doctor but the office keeps canceling my appointments with Dr. Duque. Also I referred my cousin with Dr. Duque and she was cancelled 2 times back on April then on May the same thing. At the end my cousin was scheduled with Dr. Potter instead.. I love the staff but they need to have more communication between each other in the office.

I just want to give a special complaint for Freddy the hygienist. He was totally awesome. Played so nice music. He did a wonderful job on me and my sons teeth. Can't wait for my follow-up visit next month. I'm going to do alot of smiling on my cruise.

The visit was great was greeted the minute I walked in and everyone appeared to be very knowledgeable and very pleasant and very friendly. They all made you feel at ease.Freddy was really thorough and explained everything he was about to do, he kept asking if I was ok. He was very knowledgeable and caring.
