The only thing that irks me is trying to call about anything. No matter what time of day you call… expect to be put on hold at LEAST a MINIMUM of 15 minutes to 30 just to speak to someone. So make sure when you call you have a lot of time to wait on hold!

I LOVE BRIGHT NOW DENTAL! I have never liked going to the dentist but the Orlando location on sand lake is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Potter is an amazing dentist and such an easy going person. Dr. Ortega is a great orthodontist and is very friendly along with her assistant dawn, and yenia they made it easy and painless to get my braces on and it was very quick. Freddie, the hygienist made my teeth cleaning experience so painless, I now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. The assistant Hulda is such a sweet lady and is willing to help whenever she can. Bethany works in the front desk and she is extremely helpful and efficient. This staff is just amazing and I wanted to take the time to recognize them for the amazing job they are doing! Kuddos to you all! If you are looking for a dentist office this is the place!

Great clean and outgoing facility and workers. Every time I go they make me feel welcomed and funny too. I recommend 100 percent! The only con would me the scheduling and appointments are sometimes messed up or not scheduled correctly. Besides that it's definitely a five star office!

I've been referred here as an emergency by my dentist. It's been 2 weeks, & I've heard nothing at all from them. After reading these reviews, I'M THANKFUL. my dentist referred me to 2 places at once to see which would work better for me. The other called me the next day, & they do not have nasty reviews like these. Sounds like they need to be audited for fraud.

I went to this dental office and I had no major issues. They were polite and got me in and out. I had to have root canal done and they sent me to another doctors office to do it wayyyyyy out far but it was fine he did a great job too. That is my only complaint I dont want to have to go to other doctors offices to get work done and that really wasnt explained to me. I prefer everybody in the same building come to me.. Otherwise I will say they were not bad and didnt rip me off so I am not sure about the experiences of others but I liked they place.

This place is not organized at all I had two appt schedule one at 10:00 and one at 11:00 I got there on time no one called me back until 10:50 and that was for my first appt I needed to get 4 filings done I was told when I got to the room that she's only doing two like hello I made the appt for 4 why not tell me that when I made the appt. Attitude was the name of the person who was going to be doing my fillings I eventually left and will never return to that dentist office ever again. Waste of my time.

Dr. Aileen Smith and her assistants Ariana and Yenia are awesome. They answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns 😊 I am so excited for getting my smile back finally after soooo many years waiting! Now everyone will see all my teeth! 😉
I also have to say that from the moment I walked in I was greeted by their great staff! You guys ROCK!!! Definitely will recommend !!!

I'm beyond thankful to have come to a place like Bright Now Dental for my needs. They took great care of me! 👌🏼 I waited for quite some time but quickly noticed they were short staff. Besides that they are great. Wonderful people here. Thank you once again for taking care of me! 🙏🏼

This is my go to dental office (as you can see from my previous feedback). I walked in for my 6 month cleaning and i guess the office was backed up so one of the docs themselves came out, shook everyones hand one by one and apologized for the delay and thanked us for our patience, i mean.... WHERE do they do that this days? And not to mention the excellent cleaning by Maylin
