Dental Care at Dr. Phillips

Very friendly staff. My impression when I walked in was that the staff cared for me and wanted to make my visit as comfortable as possible. Dental tech and dentist spent lots of time getting to know me and to speak about maintain clean and healthy teeth and gums. Quite impressed. I look forward to my next visit. 😊

I had went to Urgent Care with an agonizing tooth pain and was advised to follow up with seeing a dentist. Someone had given their dentist Dr.Nguyen at Dental Care at Dr. Phillips great reviews. So I followed up seeing her. To my surprise, they fit me in. The office staff is welcoming, professional and very accommodating. My info was taken and then I was promptly taken back to a chair to have an x- ray of tooth. Dr. N. soon came to look at film and gave advise and needed referrals. She even answered a few other questions. Everything went very calmly and efficient! I appreciate a Dr. that looks out for patients with referrals if needed. The office staff was very helpful too !

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and after Covid it I moved to the Central Florida area so finding a new dentist was a bit overwhelming and I had some apprehension about the whole experience however once I arrive to this dentist the team in front was so friendly and welcoming I knew I would have a great experience and I did every step of my care was handled with integrity kindness and best in class care. I would definitely recommend this tennis to anyone new to the area even for those of you who are looking for a new provider here in the central Florida area. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks for creating a space that made me feel so welcome.

When going to the dentist, I felt nervous. However, when I began going to Dental Care at Dr. Phillips, the whole staff made me feel at ease. They are caring and understanding. The doctor is great. She asked me if I was ok, she stopped if I needed her to. They are great!!!!!

This is a first class operation! They are very warm and caring from reception, to the hygienist, to the dentist. I got there, got examined, and the dentist explained to me what needed to be done, we created a plan, and now we’re executing that plan. I have full faith that I will be greatly improved soon. Thank you!

Very sweet and explain everything their doing. I am 18 weeks pregnant and they brought it upon themselves to wait until after I deliver to do the full new patient X-rays to spare me of the radiation. I appreciate their care and thought for their patients! The office is very nicely set up and clean. All of the staff is very welcoming! 100% recommend.

I highly recommend this Dentist! I called this morning as a new patient as I chipped my tooth this weekend. They were so friendly and accommodating! I was able to get an appointment within two hours of my call and the entire staff could not have been nicer! Thank you Maria for helping me “get started” as a new patient and helping to squeeze me into the schedule today! Thank you Beverly for being so sweet and helpful! And thank you Dr. Nguyen for repairing my tooth! Dr Nguyen and her staff are genuinely kind and patient centric. I am so thankful that I found this office!!

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful and her support staff are highly skilled, efficient and very pleasant. Having traumatic dental experiences in the past has made me very wary and choosy about dentists. Dr. Nguyen passes all my tests with flying colors. She is gentle, patient, kind understanding and empathetic (especially to those of us with highly sensitive teeth), and gets the treatment done quickly and efficiently with minimal discomfort to the patient.

Most recently, I had to reschedule my bi-annual cleaning, which they did without any problem, and while I was there, the doc noticed a little problem I was having with an old filling. She worked me into her schedule right away and I was out the door within the hour with a new filling. I also appreciate the fact that they are carefully following all COVID-19 protocols.

Dr Nguyen and her staff are wonderful! It is always such a pleasant experience-always on time for appts which is no nice and rare! The whole staff is friendly and efficient. We love the dental membership plan they have established to keep our routine cleanings/exams affordable in addition to 20% off additional services.
